The room so nice and the staff was friendly but maybe must hv improvements about the wifi connected no internet and then if can got free or discount when the gst going to swimming pool. Thank you

Check in @ 12Am, towel xda. So no phone to call housekeeper. So trun ke lobi. on aircond at 16dgree but still hot and suddenly off at 2am n cannot on. Kol google nmber no answer. Cannot tahan to sleep at 5am going down again to lobby, only guard. Told guard and guard came to check and offer opposite room immediately. And noticed mkanan atas meja penuh semut halus🥲. Oh ya no mineral water provided. At first room only mug n kettle. No coffee or tea or sugar, when moved to opposite room only noticed bcause i saw 2pacjs of bescafe n sugar. Still no mineral water. It quite awkward to see the mini bar fridge located on the floor. Only 2 pillows provided. The comforter are pkaced incorrectly. Please check again. The room was lovely and the amenities were great—plus, the RM5 daily parking is an absolute good deal. However, the room had a very noticeable, low-quality odor that didn’t match the rest of the experience. If the scent and air quality are improved, this would be a perfect stay.

The room was very neat, clean, and smelled nice. The toilet was also clean, everything was great, highly recommended 👍🏻 The receptionist was friendly and kind. Overall, 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 for a reasonable price.
