The hygiene and facilities were excellent, and they thoughtfully provided a travel adapter. The staff added me on a messaging app but didn't bother or interfere, offering 24-hour service. Really enjoyed my stay here. The apartments are modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need. The rooftop pool is definitely the highlight—incredible skyline views, especially at night. Location is super convenient: Quill City Mall and the monorail/LRT are just a few minutes’ walk away, making it very easy to get into KLCC and Bukit Bintang. The lifts can get a bit slow during peak hours, but overall it’s fantastic value for money. Would definitely book again.

Great views from the high floor! There's a swimming pool on the 31st floor rooftop, but unfortunately, we were just on a layover and didn't have time to take photos! But it looked really nice! It was clean and tidy, and the bedding felt very comfortable, I had a great night's sleep! The 24-hour WhatsApp concierge service was very responsive. Many thanks for helping us store our luggage!
