The location was filled with many foreign workers, even tho it’s quite convenient but there are many other better hotels nearby too. The room design is abit weird.. The furniture placement makes it harder to walk around and I’m not sure why the towels have such strong “sweet fragrance” to them. Loft pricing is not matched to expectations

MOV Hotel is newly-decorated which you can feel the freshness from the lobby all the way to your room.
The location is just a 5-min walk to Bukit Bintang area. Hence, it's close to many tourist attractions and famous restaurants.

The room is cheap and spacious.
Location is good, need to walk a little bit more to those shopping mall. Good that we always use Grab to go.
There is no waiting zone and the road is one way one car, so everything need to be fast to get in or get down from car.
There are many malay/ indian food at the same street at night.

This hotel is definitely overrated for a 4 star. Staff at the reception don’t smile and greet, don’t feel welcome at all. Room has no wardrobe, only 2 attached hangers on the bar that is fixed to the wall and it says don’t be a monkey on the bar 🤔 There is kettle in the room but don’t provide coffee and tea, they do have it next to the reception counter, not sure it’s free or charge. When check in staff didn’t mention about the beverage. Overall not a friendly and warm place, if it’s for a night stay it’s ok but not more. The road leading up to the hotel is also very steep, not suitable for elderly with weak legs.

Room is of decent size and pretty clean. They provide bottled water, toothbrush and toothpaste, shower cap, cotton buds and hotel slippers. They have missed housekeeping for our room so we came back with towels still on the floor and no more amenities as I we have used them however after informing the reception they were able to send a clean set of towel and amenities quickly to our room. Location is good with a lot of food options over there. Also a good thing about this hotel is that they have a recycle area to collect your empty plastic bottles, shows they care for the environment. :)

Located at Bukit Bintang area. There’s bars, street food, shopping mall and more you’ll never get bored!
Hotel is lovely and staff are all professional and helpful. The pool at the rooftop is small but lovely and comfy.
I stayed lovely king room which is huge room for solo female traveler.(I really loved it tho)
Definitely I’ll be back this hotel when I visit to KL again!
