Transfer room on first night due to air con problem super hot. Lazy Officer at Counter drinking while talking to customer and show black face. No coffee or Tea need to request from reception. If want to use the pool must go down reception first to ask towel. Room towels if wet only can change tomorrow (and obviously cannot bring to pool. 1) trouble us to come down to change room (take keycard), 2) trouble us to take towels 3) Receptionist forget to collect Tourism Tax and trouble us again to come down make payment. THERE IS NO HOSPITALITY IN THIS HOTEL AND EVERYONE WORKING HAS A BLACK FACE. Probably unhappy with the job but had to work because otherwise then no money no life. Rates @ Hotel BIG Difference from Online (I'm paying way cheaper btw). Hotel smell of STRONG MOULD the moment you enter the Hotel especially at Lift Lobby. Last but not least, we kindly ask for Late complimentary C/O as our flight will be 10pm so we need till 3pm then by 7-8pm we will be make way to the airport, Manager pretend to check and said until 1pm otherwise will be chargeable 1hr RM50 (so if till 3pm will be RM100) Might as well I book 1 night which is only less than RM 200. They could have give out of goodwill to make up for all the trouble they have caused but unfortunately like I said THEY HAVE NO HOSPITALITY. Anyway I would rate 0 stars. ****************** but good location if you tend to be hungry at night (anyway you could order food delivery). If I could turn back time I would not have book. Not worth the IG or Hype reviews online.
