Already paid online ..sampai sana kena bayar deposit RM 50.00 ??before this ...kalau dah paid online tak perlu pun bayar deposit ...a little bit disappointed la to citi hotel

Absolutely budget hotel. The hotel rooms are very clean and staff are welcoming. If you are looking for budgeted stay this is well located in KL sentral and communication is great. The internet service is also high quality. You can have options for food and drinks. The rooms are too small to keep a standard luggage! The only odd I had was watching world cup football in room. The TV wasn't functioning. As we arrived late at night, the person on duty at the reception wasn't helpful enough to fix the TV. Overall a good budget stay if you are not looking for any star hotel.

CITI HOTEL, KUALA LUMPUR ROOM: Booked single room, equipped with queen size bed, some walking space, a toilet with hot shower, TV with normal channel, an aircond, water heater and mugs. All working accordingly. No window. WIFI: Complimentary for guest. Didn’t used it as just relaxing after full day hectic training. PARKING: No special parking for guest, need to park at open parking lot along the shop lot, first come first serve. NEARBY: Nu Sentral, LRT. Some restaurant, burger stall, 7E, Speedmart. MY TAKE: No frills hotel, you got what you paid. Good for solo traveller who need privacy.
