Not satisfied on the room cleanliness and smelly. Too noisy in midnight where someone keep shouting.

It was good and nice place to chill with its strategic location as well. Except for some minor cleaning issue in the bathroom, which can be done by calling the cleaning service team.

check in and checkout experiences are smooth.
initially stayed at 15th floor, unluckily coincided with a school team staying over (receptionist told was for a competition) but they screamed and jumped all night till 2.40pm and the walls were very thin. probably hotel should implement after 10pm quiet time. (suggestion)
next day, had to request for receptionist to change my room and he gladly obliged. got a brighter and quieter room at 16th floor.
shower ranges from ice to hell. nothing in between (in both level 15 and 16 same experience).
good bedsheets and basic amenities. location for grab to cheras area not too bad.. there are some local cafe and eateries downstairs. overall decent, but cannot forget the first sleepless night. thankful for the kind and friendly receptionist.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Smooth check in and out process, the rooms were very clean & nice. There is a family mart close to the hotel so really liked it.

Good location near to metro station, nice cafes in the area.
The stuff was very professional and attentive, helped to get to different places around the city.

Hotel was kinda rundown, need some refurbishment. Hotel reception was friendly and helpful. The parking fee was reasonable at Rm7 flat rate.

Stay the hotel for 2 nights, The hotel look old..the room just a bit dirty the floor is sticky even after the staff cleaned the floor but the service very good, the location got few convenient stores nearby..
But a bit hard to book for grab..sometimes they lost cannot find the hotel..
But so far everything is good 👍
