My stay, an early birthday celebration, at Pavilion Hotel KL was very good. I was served Jenny during check in and was offered a nice deal for an upgrade to access the club lounge . There were birthday decorations and a piece of cake when I checked into the room which was a nice surprise:) All the staff members whom I had encountered were all very friendly and polite. They always serve with a smile. I enjoyed my stay very much. This was my 3rd stay with them and I will, no doubt, be back again.

Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur truly delivered on its promise of luxury and comfort. Appropriately managed by the Banyan Tree group, the hotel exudes an understated elegance and the staff go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed.  The breakfast was exceptional — fresh, well-presented and with a good range of choices. We also loved that the hotel is very well-connected: walk to shopping, food, entertainment. As one guest put it: “Location wise it’s excellent… connected to Pavilion mall and also a short walk to all major shopping areas at Bukit Bintang.”  For us, the biggest highlight was the combination of premium accommodation and effortless access to the best of Kuala Lumpur. If you want to treat yourself — this is the place.

However, the breakfast spread was rather disappointing, especially considering it’s managed by Banyan Tree.”

Have some arrangements before hand but they still messed up the room type. Despite past 3pm, the rooms were not ready yet. We only manage to get the last key at 4pm. During registration, the staff wanted to collect tourism tax which was fine. The problem is the tourism tax was collected when booking was prepaid. I find this unacceptable. If I did no double check , tourism tax would have been collected.2x。 When checking in to the rooms, realise the amenities not filled up. Missing toothbrush, lack of tea bags and etc. this is really not fitting of bayan tree brand.

Good location, room spacious and clean .  Buffet breakfast has various choices. Staff are very polite and friendly. Highly recommended. Would come back to stay next visit .

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) We had a lovely stay at Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur Managed by Banyan Tree. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing and welcoming, making it the perfect retreat in the middle of the city. The biggest plus is the location! It was directly connected to Pavilion Mall, which makes shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and gave us the restful break we needed. Overall, this was a wonderful experience for both my wife and me. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent hospitality right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.

Everything is good, super convenient to Shopping mall. View is facing a construction side building up Pavilion Square. I prefer a good view room.

On the first day of check-in, I found the room had remnants of fried rice, peanuts, and potato chip crumbs. I reported this to the hotel right away, yet the cleaning staff arrived slowly to clean it. With us being in the room, it felt quite crowded, so we had to step out to let them vacuum. The entire process was rather puzzling, and most importantly, the hotel did not offer an apology.

The hotel was very clean, and the front desk and service staff were incredibly polite. Its location is excellent, right in the heart of the business district, making it extremely convenient. As it was a family trip, we found our stay very comfortable.

Rooms are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The location is convenient, and the attention to detail across the board — from check-in to valet makes the whole stay seamless.

AC of the room I stay at has moldy smell. Multiple cockroaches in my room

Great location, just that the street traffic is bad. But if you walk, it’s very central. The rooftop pool is amazing.
