good male staff during check-in & he said i got free upgrade from queen to king size...
everything good, got quiet room as per request via trip.com, lot of amenities...only on cleanliness need to be improved...
swimming pool is not suitable for small kids, 4feet depth...
i would like to share a picture drawed by my daughter to show how she love the hotel, may visit again in the future...

Its a good service and very clean facilities, but if u booking through trip.com and want to get official invoice from the hotel they can provide u. U need to ask trip.com

The AC was broken and had to change room. After I cahanged room, the phone was broken so that I could not call reception. Room was clean.Need to get 2 room keys because the electricity is all cut off if there is no card key inserted to the key insert point.

I have stayed here before, very convenient as it’s close to coffee and cake shops, shopping malls, grocery stores, restaurants etc. The staff is very kind and helpful, there is a lovely rooftop pool and a small gym to stay active. The suits are clean and bright, they also have all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are comfortable and a breakfast is served on the rooftop.
