I am truly disappointed with my experience at Soho Suites. I had booked well in advance in September for a stay on the 20th of October. However, upon arrival, I was met with an unpleasant surprise of an announcement stating that the apartment's water service would be completely shut off for the next 5 days. Instead of offering a solution, I was left stranded with no assistance.
I provided photographic evidence of the said announcement, yet the management at Soho Suites appeared indifferent. Their response was sluggish and unhelpful. On top of that, there was an unexpected additional charge of RM 490 that was nowhere mentioned in the terms and conditions during my booking. This is misleading and utterly unprofessional.
To add insult to injury, I only received a response from them 3 days after I checked out. This delay in communication just further emphasizes their lack of concern for their guests.
What I find most unacceptable is that when I requested a refund for the last day considering the circumstances, my request was declined for reasons that make little sense. I felt mistreated and as if I were the victim in this situation. Such poor service.
For anyone considering a stay at Soho Suites, I would urge you to think twice. Don't let yourself experience the disappointment I went through.
