Oasia Suites Kuala Lumpur by Far East Hospitality

The hotel needs a complete renovation. The furniture and plumbing are old, and the lobby smells of an old, dingy hotel. The wallpaper in the room was peeling. It clearly doesn't qualify as a four-star hotel, three at most.

Location is good. It’s about a 5-minute walk to Bukit Nanas Monorail. The room was great, and the washing machine and dryer were both functioning well. They also provided detergent, which was a nice touch. I stayed in the single room while my parents stayed in the master bedroom. Overall, everything was great except for a very long/non-stop “beeeeeeeep” sound, especially at night. For people who are sensitive to noise, this might be quite annoying, as it was for me. I’m not sure where the sound came from, but I could only hear it when I was in my room, not in the toilet. Maybe it was coming from the air conditioner. When I switched the aircond off or set the temperature around 23–24°C, the sound disappeared. However, when I set the aircond to the coldest temperature, the beeping sound came back.

Friendly reception and house keeping team! I really enjoy the room here. The studio room is very spacious, comes with a complete kitchen and washer dryer! Decent size dining table and work desk too. One thing to highlight is the pillows provided in the room, they are so fluffy and so good to sleep on. This would be added into the list of the best pillow in KL's hotel. The only suggestion is that all pillows should come with pillow protectors at the bare minimum. Hope to see the change of my next stay!

The facilities and amenities are good. Excellent location. Nice design and spacious. Gorgeous view especially from the rooftop. It is disappointing that the services and hospitality were terrible. It is obvious that the workers are lack of training. Most importantly, 2 out of 4 elevators were broken down during my stay. Sometimes, it took more than 5 min to just back to our As a 4-star rated hotel, the quality is below standard. Look forward to better improvement.

Came with friends we had a good and comfortable stay at Oasia. easy access to food and walking distance to bukit bintang, klcc and mall area.

So convenient! Next time I will choose the same place to stay!
