Damai 88 would have to go down as one of the worst hotel stay experiences to date for me.
1. Staff cannot be contacted to collect keys
2. When finally collecting key had to hand over 200MYR, cash (they don’t do cc) with no receipt. It’s called a “Deposit scam”
3. The suite was unserviced, unclean with a number of amenities offered just not there
4. After many emails and the assist f Trip.com the agent/partner agreed to return the 200MYR on my 5am departure. Guess what? No agent, no money returned.
