Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, Chinatown

The hotel's location is excellent. I was a bit worried about safety beforehand, but my stay put those concerns to rest. The room arrangement was satisfactory, offering a view of the second-tallest building from the window. I received a welcome card upon check-in, as we had communicated via email, which was a very thoughtful touch.

The room was spotless, and they kindly upgraded me to a street-view room. I could see the 'big brother' sleeping directly from my window, which was a nice bonus! Highly recommended, I'll definitely be staying here again the day before I head back home.

It was decent. Not far from the attractions, and the lobby and pool are both on the 7th floor. The view from the pool side should be quite nice. We stayed on the 20th floor, and there was some noise from the bathroom drain at night, but otherwise it was fine.

Great location right next to Chinatown, directly across from Ho Kow Kopitiam. The lobby is on the 7th floor, and the green and white decor looks quite nice. Communication with the staff was smooth, even though their English had a strong 'curry accent' and my English isn't great – we managed just fine, which was good. The room was a bit small but still nice, and the shower had good water pressure. I didn't take any photos of the room, only a couple of the view outside the window.
