I came to work at Universiti Malaya, it’s very close. Highly recommended. I stayed there for 5 days 4 nights. The room is good but house keeper didn’t come to clean my room for 2 days 😔

The price has increased significantly recently, by almost a third. The room's cleanliness has deteriorated; the drinking glass was moldy. Breakfast was pretty good though, with plenty of options.

Air-conditioning long time no service and no cool, after complain come to service, it have many dust in air-conditioning's net. Phone in the room no function, and all the complain need to go down to reception by yourself, after complain the phone cannot function until we checked out also no technicians come to repair. Toilet door cannot lock, after complain and repair back. Bed is comfortable but feel long time no change bed sheet. Parking need to pay, per entry or per night is rm4.40 if park outside hotel. If park inside around hotel property it show need pay rm7 per night.
