The room was very small and limited to placing the luggage when it was opened. The bedsheet was old, stained with colour and not clean. The towel is torn, dirty and old. Water leaking problem on the ceiling during the first day of stay. They agreed to change room on next day due to no room available on Christmas day when we checked in. However, the room air-con was not very cool. The location is good and surrounded by various malls and restaurants and it is accessible around Bukit Bintang area. Nearby MRT easy to take transportation as well but noisy because of busking activities on the street below until 1 to 2am. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful, except for the ceiling problem and cleanliness room for improvement.

The receptionist was unfriendly . I stayed there for 5 days and the room attendant never cleaned up the room. The cleanliness of the room needed to be improved. Never recommended this place to other travellers.

I am really glad to get such a nice hotel. I had a very good time at this hotel. The environment here is really wonderful. The behavior of the hotel staff is really good. I will definitely stay in this hotel next time

We had a Terrible experience as we had booked & paid for our accommodation for a three night stay and because of delays with traffic (Indian Festival) and formula one GP on we did not get to the hotel until just after 12.00 AM , the guy at the desk said that he sold the room to someone else, so we cancelled and went to a better hotel , very very upsetting , we claimed our money back :-)

For you information, I not staying at all at this hotel!!! The Hotel staff told me that they have no cooperation at all with the ******* ONLINE BOOKING website! That staff told me that this website is SCAMMER! How can ******* post ads about this hotel ???? While the Hotel has no cooperation with ******* !!! So ridiculous!! I have paid the full payment by online. And the hotel staff did not help at all to cooperate with the customer and did not take action to help the customer. To all Hotel staff please be responsible , if you already know that *******.COM is posting fake advertisements about your hotel, please take action so that others are not affected as well. Please do the work sincerely. I'm so disappointed!! So bad experience!!! PLEASE ARRANGE FULL REFUND MY MONEY ASAP!! TQ!!

I used to frequent this 3-star hotel. I kept mum when they gave me a half-cleaned room every time. Sanitisation? Don't hold your breath expecting that from the hotel employees. They are not even Malaysians. Anyhoo, the Bangladeshi reception staff whom I known only as Marzuk has the mouth of a broken tape recorder. Expecting your privacy as hotel guest protected? Don't expect it from them. They don't even manage to fix their terrible TV reception! THIS CHEAP HOTEL DOES NOT HONOUR YOUR RIGHTS TO PRIVACY! STAY AWAY! I requested for the HOTEL OWNER or at least the Hotel Manager (doubt that they have one since it's a cheap 3-star hotel) to get in touch with me but Marzuk emotionally and aggressively blasted me via texts. He then later blocked my number. Every guest entitles to privacy. And Marzuk amazingly breaches that by being gossipy and big-mouthed.
