The sheets were dirty, the pool was a ick Not enough sunbeds. The food at level 7 was good The view is ok You can walk from the hotel to a lot Billabilla in the hotel was perfect

The stay was amazing! Room was spacious, clean and comes with a fully equipped kitchen. On the 37 floor there is also an infinity pool overlooking the Nga KL tower. Highly recommend!

The view from the rooftop pool and garden is spectacular. The room was modern and well appointed. The lifts are slow and if is confusing that 3A is used instead of 4 for the floors and rooms. e.g. 1,2,3,3A,5,6…31,32,33,33A,35,36,37,38,39. Noise between rooms carries a little but overall it was a good stay and we would come back.

The location of the hotel is great and practical, as it's situated near the city center with all the major sights nearby. The hotel's aesthetics are also pleasant. However, our first room (number 29-13) was a terrible experience. It was infested with bugs. I killed as many as I could, hoping that would be the end of it, but they kept appearing. I'm certain I killed at least 10 bugs! They kept us awake all night; unfortunately, it was a horrible experience. The video below doesn't reflect the true size of the bugs, in reality, some were over a centimeter long. Avoid this specific room, and possibly all rooms on level 29, if the issue remains unresolved. Additionally, the room was dirty and only cleaned once a week (or every five days). No fresh towels, toilet paper, or other essentials were provided. This felt very unprofessional. Furthermore, it felt quite unsafe. We were placed on a high floor, yet there was no reception phone or alarm system in the room in case of emergency. No clear emergency procedures were communicated, so we could only hope the elevators were functioning if something went wrong. Overall, the service and reception were poor, although we were compensated without issue. The hotel and rooms have great potential and could offer an excellent stay if these problems were addressed. Unfortunately, due to the issues mentioned above, we will not be returning.

Everything is good . Just the room is a bit small than I expected. Nice view from the room but If I could get a room at more higher level, the view would be nicer. View from the pool is amazing. I would suggest if the owner could provide some plastic bags in the room as well
