AMI Suites @ Arte Mont Kiara

Check-in is fast and informative. We had free room upgrade from Snug Studio to Urban One Bedroom Suite. Very clean hotel. My room is very clean, comfortable bed, 2 air cond, one for living room and one for bedroom. Bedroom and living room are separate by a curtain which are thick to block out the light. TV have Netflix and WiFi works great. There are USB beside the bed. Power point bedside TV and sofa and bed. Room lights are bright enough for work and makeup. Washing machine comes with dryer but no instructions. Kitchen area are well equipped with simple pan, 2 sets of plates, knife, forks, spoons, hot and cold cups. There is a microwave but no mittens. There is room slippers but no robes. Swimming pools area do not provide towels so remember to bring along towels as different swimming pool are at different Block and different floors or else the lifts lobby and lift will be wet. Good thing is Swimming pools close at 10pm cos the lifts at some Block are slow and easily overload. Room are not soundproof enough as I can hear the housekeeping talking so loud and vacuuming at the same time and some loud sound from upstair. The housekeeper are friendly and provide tea bag and sugars top-up and change of towels. Breakfast at Allo Cafe are delicious but not buffet but there are some free flow of drinks, pastries, cereal and fruits. The staffs are helpful and friendly. They are close by 5pm. There's a 24 hour convenience store, if you are looking for budget food. Publika Shopping Gallery 9 minutes walk, parking is confusing and expensive. Shops are at different blocks and only connected at some levels.

This was my second stay with my family. Always my first choice to stay in KL. Near to pubika and the hotel got lots of facilities can entertain my child full day.

We stayed at this hotel recently and overall had a good experience. The best part was definitely the beautiful city view — it made our stay feel special. The apartment-style setup was also very convenient, especially having access to a washing machine and a small kitchen. It’s perfect for longer stays. There are two swimming pools, both clean and well-maintained, which we really enjoyed. When we checked in, we were upgraded to a bigger room because our original studio wasn’t ready, which we appreciated. However, our check-in experience could have been better. The staff member assisting us wasn’t very welcoming — he didn’t greet us back and seemed uninterested. When we asked for a second blanket (as the room had only one on the bed), we were told that since it was a single bed, guests usually don’t receive an extra blanket, and that we might be charged for it. This was surprising, as we’ve stayed in many hotels before and were never charged for an additional blanket. Later that evening, we spoke to another staff member at reception who was very friendly and helpful. She immediately arranged the second blanket for us, and we received it within 20 minutes without any extra charge. We truly appreciated her professionalism and warm attitude. Overall, the hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-located, but the service experience depends very much on the staff member you interact with. A more consistent and welcoming approach at reception would make the stay even better.

Lovely apartment with all the necessities, our washroom didn’t have a bathtub and was on the small side in terms of size. The pools are very nice. We had breakfast included and were a bit surprised that it wasn’t a buffet, the variety of choices aren’t great but wasn’t the worst (you can order other extras at a price which is quite cheap).
