The drain of basin was awful.  The room was no WiFi while we got an important zoom on 30th morning and also telephone was not working.  Though it was solved at 10am, the zoom meeting was already finished.

The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The location is excellent, right in Mid Valley. There's direct access to the mall downstairs, making transportation convenient, and there are plenty of restaurants. The room facilities are complete, clean, and well-maintained.

I don't know how many times already I came and stay here. Already have an experience also staying different room from Urban room, Premier room and even Executive Suite. Affordable price and if bored can go down and shopping at both Midvalley and The Gardens Mall

Very clean and spacious hotel. Aircon and heater were strong and satisfactory. Read some reviews that they would spray the room with fragrance prior to guests' arrival but because we are allergic to fragrance, i emailed the hotel one week ahead and again one day prior to arrival to make sure they do not spray fragrance in the rooms that we booked and i m glad to say our roons were fragrance free when we arrived. Everything about this hotel was top notch, from cleanliness, to hospitality, to amenities to buffet breakfast. My only complaint was the the lift buttons were very difficult to see, with stainless steel buttons on stainless steel background, other than that, we had an enjoyable stay.

Cons: 2 rooms with cleanliness/housekeeping issues. Stayed from 28/5-1/6/26. 1st room (1714): - Found drain fly larvae on the shower floor - rubbish underneath the bed from previous occupants Upgraded to a bigger room (1721) but encountered cleanliness issues as well: - hairs from previous occupants in the bath tub - ants especially on the bathroom floor/table - dust/debris and dead insect in coffee machine water tank - rubbish bin not emptied even after housekeeping done. Pros: - attentive & helpful front desk staff (Harris) who helped to rectify my problem. - strategic location, connected to both Midvalley and The Gardens, nearby lrt station (Abdullah Hukum). However, due to repeated cleanliness issues i’d encountered, safe to say, i will not be repeating this hotel in the future.
