There are cobwebs on the ceiling in the living room. The master bedroom fan is not working properly.. The fan noise is very loud and disturbing. The air conditioner compressors are right outside the master bedroom. The noise is very loud and annoying. Overall it was not a comfortable stay.

The place is located in bangsar area, easy to access with grab car, it is quiet residential area. The front desk staff is very helpful. The room is comfortable I have a good sleep every night.

Best location. But the bed sheet had a little bit of blood and we just realized it at the end of the day.

It was a more of apartment rental style. Very basic I would say. Room service is only until 2 pm. Breakfast was also basic with limited choice. Location is very good.

Changed my preferred accommodation for my weekly meeting in KL to this place due to the Christmas hectic situation in my usual stay. Felt in love instantly. Serene. Easy to park. Close enough to shops and eateries. Spacious room.
The room has good insulation as well. My neighbors mostly groups and families and the noises didn't penetrate my room. Lift was a bit hit and miss at block C.
The receptionists were lovely both for morning and evening shifts..
