Avoid this hotel at all costs, it doesn't even deserve one star – it's a terribly dirty place! The outlets weren't working, and touching anything was just disgusting. The photos only show the room itself; the common areas were even dirtier! The only positives were the staff at the front desk – they helped with laundry and arranged a taxi (Grab only accepts cards at night). It's close to the metro station and not far from a shopping mall and Chinatown.

Every time I visit KL, I always check in here. The main reason is having a dedicated parking area within the hotel, so I don't need to park my car just anywhere. It's near Bukit Bintang and Menara 118, which you can see from the hotel. If you're near Bukit Bintang and don't feel like going out, you can order food through delivery riders. Room was spacious (comparable with price), amenities is sufficient and smart TV provided. Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The location is very strategic, right next to Merdeka 118, only 100 meters from the hotel. The price is a bit 'pricey' compared to the facilities provided. Cleanliness could be improved. There are no F&B outlets within walking distance except for the hotel's own cafe. Hotel parking is easy but chargeable. Overall, the experience of staying here was mediocre.

The hotel is functional and has a great location next to the mrt station and right across Merdeka118. Sheets and towels were all clean and toothbrush, soap, shampoo was provided. Really good hotel if you have business at Merdeka118, and also walking distance to chinatown and rexKL.

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights to attend my sibling's graduation ceremony at PWTC. Everyone was satisfied. We slept comfortably, and the kids enjoyed themselves too. The parking was spacious.
