Best comfort and room stay out of the 3 hotels I’ve stayed in. Only downside is the location. There is only one super market and afew cafes across the street. It’s located near hospital unless you’re here for surgery and needs to be close to the hospital, then this place is perfect. We love the layout of this studio suite. It’s clean, homey and comfortable. It has the best gym and lounge area plus a nice day bed in front of their skypool. Bath tub has a nice city view. Simply awesome. So happen I was there during full moon, I captured the moon before moonset during dawn. You could view the sunrise from the waddling pool too.

Time has really taken its toll on this hotel; it feels very dated. Even with their best efforts at maintenance, the signs of age are everywhere. The carpets and furniture are quite worn, and the towels are thin. The bedding is decent and the bed itself is comfortable. The windows aren't very soundproof, so it can get a bit noisy. Service was pretty good overall, especially a young woman who spoke Chinese and was very enthusiastic and helpful.

I very enjoyed in Somerset hotel very nice apartment for staying new internet tivi free coffee and tea in 22 floor and pool .but have small things in grand floor i don't like in front of hotell putting to much things... make me to difficult for see my grab when they come pick up me

I first stayed here because I was getting treatment at Alty Hospital. Since then, I always choose Somerset whenever I'm in KL. The room is very clean, comfortable, well-equipped, the location is super strategic, and the staff are incredibly helpful with everything. Highly recommended!
