Overall pleasant experience except for some decent items such as iron,dirty kettle and insufficient of socket. Nice location and convinient.

The homestay location is very convenient for those who want to visit Berjaya Times Square, as it’s just downstairs. The room is quite spacious, and there is an MRT station and plenty of restaurants nearby. However, the cleanliness is not properly maintained, and the towels cannot be used at all.

Great experience. Room was clean and spacious. Daily housekeeping was perfect. Nice room with city view.

Dear Management, I would like to complain about the condition of the unit I stayed in. The bed was very uncomfortable as I could feel the springs. The cupboard was old and poorly maintained, and there was no fridge provided. The toilet condition was also not acceptable. The floor was constantly wet even without using the shower, which is concerning and unsafe. Overall, the unit was not properly maintained and did not meet basic standards. I have attached photos for your reference. Please look into this matter and advise on a resolution. Thank you.

Worst hotel experience in my entire life. I know this review does not change much. But just look at the real images. They look nothing like advertised. Ceiling is cracking， door broken，couch and seats so dirty，tv dont have any angle to be viewd. And I see construction material being on the same floor with my room.

Service apartment is very old. While they have freshly painted the room, sadly they didn't replace the old fabric sofa that is burnt with cigarette butt and reeks of ancient dusty smell with stains all over. None of us dare to sit on it. The toilet is flushing system is so old and weak. by 2nd day it chocked so badly our **** was floating around.

Easy registration and access, host is very helpful. Room is spacious and AC are working fine, with nice city view. Overall good experience

Excellent location for those using intercity bus connections as both drop off n pickup points are at Berjaya Times Square. Also within walking distance of Bt Bintang attractions. No formal check in lobby desk but servicing is still prompt.

I like the location as it is easier to access nearby shopping malls and food courts. Kids like to play in the swimming pool too!! Value for the money!!

Room quite big, I love got a lot of mirrors easy for me to make up.

The location is super convenient, right by a huge shopping mall. The room itself was big and nice, though a few things could use some improvement. Overall, everything was great, and the host was really helpful! 👌
