Overall cleanliness was good, just that on the second night the air con start to drip water. The noise can be bad if your a light sleeper.

Location good. But maintenence poor

When I booked it it emailed me a confirmation email, when I reach the hotel the guy at the counter told me my room was canceled? And it was late at night could not find anywhere to stay.

The room was OK for what we paid. Front staff was helpful and accomodated our requests.

Booked for 2 nights 3 days. We unfortunately got the room 209 which has no hot&cold shower. Hot water not working. Their rooms are fairly clean but quite dark. They use only warm low light bulbs. It was never bright. We got free 2 water bottles only for me & my husband for the whole duration. I asked for extra bottle but they never give. Other hotels have FREE UNLIMITED WATER DISPENSER! why can't this hotel never realize the necessity of providing WATER as primary BASIC NEED for every human being. Lastly, if you need to use a flat iron, you can asked the front desk. Only 5 mins later, they will be knocking at your door asking to return the iron. I have never even started using it yet. Other hotels have UNLIMITED free use of flat iron (one iron provided in each floor easily accessible anytime near the elevator not worrying about the time).

Good for business travelers

The location is strategic and the room is very clean, functional aircon, and tv.

Entered a room full with toilet smell. Didn’t request to change room as checked in night time after a tired trip. Pillow cover with holes and very old linen and bed sheet with yellowish and some black stain. Not recommended. Had to check out one day earlier cannot stand the bad condition of the room. Unfortunately forget to take pic of the bed condition and toilet smell room.

It is a good hotel. Close to many places for janging around towel whiteness 7/10
