It’s a very nice hotel in terms of decor and front office staff service. I actually intended to give a 5 star but changed my mind after being disappointed by one male front office staff who refused to give his name despite asking him twice and told him I love this hotel and their services. I only want to have his name to write a good review to specially thank him. This is the first time I met a staff from the service industry who refuses to give his name. What further upset me was after I checked out, I realised that I have left a pair of shade in the room. I went back to him hoping to have my pair of shade back, he asked me for the brand, I told him no brand coz it wasn’t original. He then said housekeeping said found nothing but in actual fact in was already handed to him. I left feeling in doubt, later at night I couldn’t sleep and recalled his face expression and words, I was sure it was with him and went back and told him the brand was on the lens and I am sure I left it in the room. Then only he showed it to me, At that point I was furious, I said to him that he should have showed it to me when I first asked him. I told him I was full of praise for the hotel and appreciated the service provided. His attitude about this incident changed all that, he spoilt it. It’s understood that the pair of shade is mine even without saying the brand name coz after I checked out the housekeeper found it.
I’m bitterly disappointed coz in the first place he said nothing found from housekeeper but in fact it was already handed over to him. I will not visit this hotel again, his attitude is not right. I compliment the lady staff Miss Namile for being polite, friendly and helpful.
