The reception or front desk is very helpful. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to cafes and even a durian cafe at Lot10.
The room is a little dated. The bedsheets had stains on them and the bathroom amenities were not refilled. I used the shower cap the first day and it was not refilled the next day.

Some things were good, some were not.
The location of the hotel is nice, close to several attractions and malls; value for money was also quite reasonable.
But I would expect from a 4-star hotel some more attention to detail. There were no bathrobes in the room, despite access to the pool being included. The room was rather spacious, but quite dark and with a view towards another building, so almost no light from the street was in the room. Breakfast is variable, but the venue is too crowded with very few seats available for such an amount of guests. The pool was nice, but the steps to the pool were broken.
So, in general, everything was okay, but some more attention to detail would definitely improve the overall perception of the hotel.

Good location and convenient to move around. The staff were friendly and gave me a room with a nice view. The hotel is simple with a big room and comfortable bed — I slept well and the shower pressure was good. Cleanliness is average, and the showerhead was dirty and a bit broken. Overall, not fancy but comfortable enough for a short stay.

Perfect location, with all walking distance to nearby shopping centres. Nice room and cleanliness above 10/10. Recommanded to stay here if u like food and shopping.

Came to KL for a short trip to meet up with a long time old friend.
Location is very convenient, and staff are friendly too.
Only complaint, if I have to, would be the car park is very tight!
For my future trips to KL, if I were driving, this factor would be a key issue to turn me to other properties.
Otherwise, it is a very good option.

Nice place to stay at the heart of Bukit Bintang. Walking distance to Pavilion, TRX, Lot 10 and others. Room have more space than normal room and confortable bed. Available parking at the premises with RM11 per day multiple entry. The only unsatisfied moment that I have is, I am had my lunch at the cafe, chicken chop with brownies as a desert. But both taste not fresh. Only the french fries is good. Fresh, crispy and tasty. I hope they can ensure that all their food fresh after this.(My husband nasi goreng and sate is fresh)
