We requested two beds, but only a king room was available. Even so, the stay was great overall. Since it was my birthday, the hotel is so sweet that they prepared a small cake and some snacks. The room was clean, bright, and nicely designed, the location was convenient, and the staff were polite and professional. Hope to stay again next time~

I’ve stayed at Dorsett Kuala Lumpur a few times, and I still find myself choosing this hotel whenever I’m in Kuala Lumpur. The main reasons are the excellent amenities, convenient location, and accessibility. It’s within walking distance to Pavilion, TRX and many other shopping and dining options, which makes getting around so easy. The hotel is also comfortable and convenient, making it a great choice for both short and longer stays. Having stayed here multiple times, I can confidently say it’s a hotel I’m happy to return to. Definitely one of my go-to hotels in Kuala Lumpur! ❤️

This was a fantastic stay! The hotel staff were incredibly helpful. I accidentally hit the 'do not disturb' button, and when I called later in the evening for housekeeping, a staff member came up very quickly and cleaned the room thoroughly. The overall service was attentive and prompt, making for a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Dorsett KL and Dorsett Residence are different buildings sitting next to each other. All check-in procedures are on Dorsett KL, breakfast buffet located on first floor of Dorsett KL. We stayed in Dorsett Residence which is a serviced apartment. There is a convenience store downstairs of the residence. Internal of the unit was a bit run down. Basic amenities including towel, body & hair shampoos, tooth brush & paste are provided. Overall it is value for the price.

Location, staff attitude, friendlyness were all good. The big guy at valet park was very helpful and always serve with a smile. Facilities is a bit dated and probably need an upgrade soon.
