The hotel is very nicely located to midvalley mall has direct access. Hotel facilities wise, nothing to shout about. It’s rather small. functional and quite old.

Right next to Mid Valley Mall—so convenient! The room is clean and has a fan, which is perfect for me since I don't like air conditioning while sleeping.

The cleanliness of the bed sheets needs to be improved, as they make me itch when I sleep, and the breakfast options are limited. The location is great.

Great location and easy parking. The room is cozy with a fan, breakfast was decent, and there’s a water filter by the lift. Loved seeing the Autism Café Project by the lobby — such a nice initiative!
