I arrived just after midnight and checked into my hotel room. The bathroom was in a mess. I was too tired to address it. I nevertheless showered and went to bed. Next morning I took a photo of the bathroom and took it to reception and they said they will get it cleaned. It was gross. The aircon throughout my 6 day stay was very noisy like a motorcycle in the room. The bed linen was smelling. I asked for it to be replaced. The only plus point for the hotel is it’s location.

This is the second time we stayed in the hotel due to the location very conveniently link to the mid valley megamall and the gardens mall. There are a lot shopping and dining place. The hotel room provides all amenities and is very clean. Will return to book the hotel whenever we come to KL.

I stayed in a single room and had a very comfortable experience overall. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were good, and I slept very well. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to Mid Valley, making dining, shopping, and transportation all very accessible. My overall stay was excellent, offering good value for money, and I would consider staying here again on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur.

The location is incredibly convenient; it's just a few steps away from Mid Valley Megamall next door, where you can eat, shop, and watch movies. We checked in late at night, and they even upgraded us to a suite. We're very satisfied!

Excellent location, but the hygiene was poor. I found cigarette butts in a non-smoking room, and both the pillows and curtains were dirty. Despite being renovated, the facilities and breakfast were just average.

I've been to this place multiple times. This is my go-to whenever I am here in Kuala Lumpur. - The room quality is good. - The air-conditioning is good. - There is a window facing the city. - It is clean as well. - The location is just next to MidValley Mall, which is very convenient to get food or anything that is required. - The team, housekeeping, and receptionists are all very good as well.
