The room is clean and spacious although the 3rd bed is just stuck in a corner without a window next to the kitchen, with just a curtain to separate it. Problems started at check in, I had contacted the hotel about how to get in and they told me to write over WhatsApp. Only to write with an automated response chat, no real person answering the question I had. After maybe 30 minutes of waiting outside someone else finally contacted me and said the room was still not ready at almost 6pm. Mind you check in starts at 3pm. So we wait another 20 minutes before we can finally come in. Then we notice there is no internet, so we try contacting the hotel again. Since there is no reception it is very hard to get any sort of contact. The calls to the hotel number were ignored completely throughout the entire stay. Although the first time I ever called someone did pick up, so the number was working, just after we checked in nobody ever picked up again. The second contact we got hardly replies after many hours and is not able to help. The next day the issue is apparently fixed in the afternoon, but coming home we see that there is still no internet. We try to get in touch with them again, but to no avail, no one is picking up or answering. The reception is not the greatest either, so you won’t even be able to use mobile data at times.
