The location is not bad and it's clean but you can see some small insects around. The reception people are not friendly at all and if you call the reception no one is gonna answer the phone . If you want water you have to pay 10RM for the small bottle 5 times the market price.

Friendly receptionist. Service is very fast and efficient. Room is spacious. They provide prayer mat as well for muslim travelers. Decoration there is very unique. Price is affordable. Our room was include breakfast for two. Location is strategic. Near to Sogo Mall and Masjid India. And definitely will visit again.

Totally satisfied. Felt sad coz of very short stay due to work. Will come again for sure.

Price was reasonable, lack of choice of breakfast. No indoor slipper provide and the toilet cleanliness acceptable. Staff friendly. They even provide buggy from carpark to lobby. Parking rm4.50 per entry.

An average hotel but the room was clean. The bed are quite huge too. Requested in advance for adjacent rooms and was granted. Near the train station, SOGO and Chinatown, but quite far from KLCC. Nothing much happening around but still convenient as it is near train station.

Though very cramped, the bathroom was the best part of the room. The staff at the front desk were friendly but almost inaccessible due to the hotel being booked to capacity during the festive period. Crucially, however, the housekeeping service failed to meet the overall standard of the hotel suggested by its interior and exterior facades. The floor in my room was seemingly not cleaned throughout the duration of my stay, sheets and pillowcases were changed once every other day, and the electric kettle was dirty inside and out right from the point of checking in. Hotel location was great, but it just might not be enough to warrant a second visit. Listed as a 4-star hotel, but there’s no way it’s anything more than 3. Hope things improve.

Always the best forever. My grandchildren love the pool. Very close to the sogo shopping complex. About 100m from the hotel to Sogo. The staff very polite. If not mistaken the name of staff Izzah. Thanks to Izzah because give me the best room on the nine floor.

very good hotel service and good hospitality and the food is very good. I like it but I'm disappointed because I can't delay leaving the hotel from the set time because the hotel reservation is very full.. because on the day I check-in I have a banquet in the ballroom until 2pm makes me rush to check-out. Whatever the best hotel and the new renovation looks modern.

My favourite places..will come again to stay here..very convenient and nearby to shopping and food

Very beautiful interior, comfortable beds and clean toilets. Enjoyed our short stay. Walking distance to Sogo and LRT bandaraya.
