Our stay was good. The shower liquid soap was nice. However, in the middle of the night, the air-con was cold and then not cold for the past few nights. Anyway, good service.

The room was elegantly appointed, featuring panoramic city views. Service was good and location is walkable to major attractions. Overall, a refined accommodation experience, perfect for business or leisure travelers.

Beautifully designed and modern hotel located near the Petronas Twin Towers. The hotel lobby was on the 40th floor and has nice views of the city. Complimentary drinks and coffee machines are provided for guests at the lobby. We were upgraded to the one bedroom suite which was extremely spacious and comes with a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen. There are also two high resolution TVs in the living and bedroom with international channels. Very cosy and ideal for long term staying guests. There is a gym and indoor heated pool situated on the 39th floor for guests to workout and swim. The staff was helpful and friendly and we had an extremely comfortable and wonderful stay at this hotel. Will be back again.

Spacious room, comfortable beds, clean, fantastic floor to ceiling window view from the hotel. Free coffee from the hotel lobby. Location is good because it is near to LRT, MRT and walking distance to KLCC

Wonderful stayed in Element KL. Price is reasonable. Location is not the best, but good enough. Food choices are not much but taste good. 👍
