After comparing several hotels, I chose Element. The breakfast was quite rich, and the front desk and restaurant staff were all warm and attentive. Our room on the 40-something floor offered a wide view, and we couldn't hear any motorcycle noise, though the air conditioning was really loud and a bit noisy at night. The transportation was very convenient, with Ampang Park station just a three to four-minute walk away, and KLCC Park and the Petronas Towers only five to ten minutes away. Overall, it offers good value for money!

This hotel is located in an office building, 40 floors and up, offering beautiful views and a simple, comfortable decor! The environment is great, and getting around is convenient, with two MRT lines each a short walk to the left and right. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. A special shout-out to the staff, who were all very friendly and provided professional service! We were very satisfied, and the Western food at the restaurant was delicious.

Wonderful stay from check-in to checkout. The room was spotless and quiet, the staff were so welcoming, and the location made everything easy. Highly recommend! One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Comfortable bed, great shower, and staff at the front desk went above and beyond. We will be back. Perfect base for exploring KL. Walkable to everything, clean modern rooms and excellent value. Booking again next trip. Lovely hotel with friendly, attentive staff. Breakfast was great and the room was immaculate. Ideal for [couples / families / business travel]. Exceeded our expectations. The [pool / gym / spa] was a highlight and the team made us feel like VIPs. Five stars. Room and toilet is clean and spacious, good view as well. Love the modern aircon controller, can control to the temperature that u preferred instead of centralized Aircon.

Excellent stay! The room was very clean and well maintained. The location is perfect, with easy access to major attractions and restaurants. The view from the room was amazing, especially at night with the Kuala Lumpur skyline. The amenities were great and everything worked well. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Nice modern hotel where all the rooms at above 40 floors. Check in was fast. There is a 24 hours coffee machine available for free. Room is huge, modern and bright. Mattress and pillows are comfy. Toiletries provided are branded too and smells nice. Mayb their buffet breakfast experience is just average. Buffet spread is limited and even the guy who did the roti canai did not flip the roti properly into flaky layers. The roti telur is quite thick and not flaky at all. I think hotel can consider improve their breakfast offering. I also hate their table cutleries holder in the restaurant. To place or to take the cutleries, you hv to touch/hold the part where you will put your food on. It is not hygenic especially when i saw some guest keep touching all the cutleries on the holder. Overall, if the price is not too high, this is a good modern spacious hotel to stay.
