Checked into The Intercontinental Kuala Lumpur and it was a letdown from the start. No one helped with our bags at the door, and we had to juggle them ourselves. Then, a super long wait to check in because there weren’t enough counters open.
The place feels stuck in the past - the hair dryer, TV, and even the electrical outlets seemed old. Had to switch rooms because the first one’s aircon was busted, and getting someone to help move us took forever and too many calls.
Overall, not the great experience I was hoping for at The Intercontinental. They really need to step up their game in service and modernizing their amenities.
