This is a service apartment. Not a hotel. I only just realize this. So there are no receptionist on standby.
I didn’t even get a chance to see my room because I booked it and stated I will be checking in at 5am.
I didn’t get confirmation on the 5am check in, but thinking it was a hotel so it should be ok since the email I received said “hotel will try to accommodate”.
Neither was I contacted tell me about my unit number and how to get into the room booked. I only realize when I arrived at 5am, that I needed to know a unit number and that this is not a hotel. no one pick up my call until 9am. My check out was at 11am. So no, I can’t get a refund for a service that was not properly rendered.
