The room is clean, staff is helpful. Hotel near public transport tot klcc and also walkable distance to the bukit bintang and pavillion, alot of local foods around the corner. Worth the value

It’s located around 450m away from pavilion. Nice location within walking distance. Can use grab too if u lazy to walk. Cost u RM5 during the non-peak time. Nice view from the room. However the floor is a bit dirty and oily to step on it. Customer service only available from 9-5pm through WhatsApp so its a bit inconvenience.

Clean & nice interior. Got two room and fit for 3 person. This hotel got two pool in the same building which I excited to try to swim on. Near to pavi and just need a walking distance.

Everything is great here..the only cons is the parking fee is way too much..rm40++ for a night here..you should have a fixed parking fee like rm5 for in house guests right?

This is a service apartment. Not a hotel. I only just realize this. So there are no receptionist on standby.
I didn’t even get a chance to see my room because I booked it and stated I will be checking in at 5am.
I didn’t get confirmation on the 5am check in, but thinking it was a hotel so it should be ok since the email I received said “hotel will try to accommodate”.
Neither was I contacted tell me about my unit number and how to get into the room booked. I only realize when I arrived at 5am, that I needed to know a unit number and that this is not a hotel. no one pick up my call until 9am. My check out was at 11am. So no, I can’t get a refund for a service that was not properly rendered.
