The quilt is not comfort, air conditioner not so cold, no other guest are around, the window cannot open,

Fxxxking dirty hotel , won't return again

Really have bad experience Already Inform the hotel which i will reach after midnight then so sadly went im arrived they give my family suites to others. Really mean. I got small kid then have to separate room diffrently.

Hotel room was so dissapointing.. room was smelly with cigaretes and not clean. Poor amenities, poor cleanliness, poor service. And the staff ask to pay extra charge because checkout just a few minute after 12 o’clock.

Totally disappointed.. Next time won't go to this place... Very dirty room, toilet sink broken.... Water leaking

I reached at 3.30 at night. They don’t have booking . It take 1 hours to check booking. They first ask me more 20 Ringgit for late night charges. Then again ask for weekend extra charges for 10 Ringgit each day . After they alot me room, that was not clean. Someone just used it a while ago. After that requested to them to change the bedsheet and quilt cover. I stay 3 days there , and no one came to clean the room. Overall my experience is so bad.

The worst hotel experience for me. Firstly, I had to pay extra for the weekend charges which I was not informed beforehand. Secondly, the room condition is terrible, is nothing like the picture posted online. The walls are dirty and badly cracked, the bathroom floor and basin are dirty and broken. Thirdly, their services are the worst. The did not cleaned my room even though I told them to before I left in the morning. Their elevator was broken which caused me to frantically go down to 1st floor and bang on the emergency exist door to call their receptionist to press the lift for me. There was no phone in the room that I could call them, and they did not picked up my calls when I called them with my phone. Overall, the worst hotel experience for me and I regret booking for this hotel.

Just ok for short stay.eateries and convenience store accessible.beddings need to change maybe and improve.

They give us remote but Tv not working. No toothpaste or brush. Only bathsoap and towel. But they ask me for paid rm.40 for 2 days booking.
