The hotel has a good location; however, several facilities, such as the shower head, wall plugs and other small fixtures, were not well maintained. The breakfast selection was quite limited, mainly consisting of hotdogs and mee goreng. While the location is convenient, being right next to Taman Connaught MRT, it is also very busy with many people around

It's right next to the metro station, offering direct access to Bukit Bintang and Petaling Street, making it super convenient for getting around the city. It's also very close to UCSI, about a kilometer away, which you can reach by bus or on foot. The front desk staff doesn't speak Chinese but they're fluent in English; if you don't speak English, they'll use a translation app to help with check-in. You can also store your luggage there.

Rating: ★★★☆☆ (3/5) The room was spacious and comfortable, which was a positive point during my stay. However, the breakfast was quite disappointing as there were very limited food choices. Cleanliness also needs to be improved, as some areas did not appear well-maintained. Parking is available but located a bit far from the hotel, and a deposit is still required during check-in. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there is definitely room for improvement, especially in terms of cleanliness and breakfast variety.
