Everything is perfect. We had good time until we checked out. I booked them to come to check the room at 8:45 because I have to leave at 9am. From 8:44 I sent messages few times to ask if they are coming. They replied me each time that : coming. But no one comes. I kept telling them that I need to go. They finally came at 9:14. What is the point to ask us to book if you don’t come on time? I was very frustrated. I think they should respect us more. I dont put screenshots of our correspondence here. But anyone wants, can contact me. So you won’t be late while check out like me.

Walking distance to all shops, banks and restaurants in the center of KL. On arrival noted stains in the bed sheet and when I informed, kindly replaced it. Overall small clean room with an affordable price. AC and hot water functioning properly. Thank you

Very good view of the twin towers, the KL tower etc. walkable from KLCC station. Downside is there are cockroaches. I saw a junior one on the floor and 2 small babies in the sink. I do not believe when I saw some reviews on that but it’s true and I totally forgot to take a photo. Other than that, I think it’s good price that I paid for two nights and the priceless views.

The room looked clean and tidy overall. However, we later noticed a few small stains on the bed sheets. There was no wardrobe in the room, which made it inconvenient to hang our clothes. Basic hotel amenities were provided, and overall the stay was satisfactory. The hotel also offered a simple breakfast, which tasted average. The staff were polite and helpful.

The room was clean, service was good, and breakfast was delicious, especially the fruit – I loved the jackfruit! The location is also excellent, making it super convenient to get around; taxis are always a short ride away. Although the hotel initially deducted a tax when refunding my deposit, I contacted Trip.com, and they promptly returned the amount. Trip.com truly is a big platform with great after-sales service!

I would definitely recommend Santa Grand Classic for anyone who wants a quick staycation / vacation. The room size was just nice, the staff were so helpful. We requested for sejadah, bathrobes, and a bucket for a mandi bunga session - and they helped accomodate all of it. Their breakfast buffet was good, its not the biggest spread but has enough. Theres a pool too available at the rooftop. There wasn’t any loud noises either at night. The only improvement I’d suggest is - upgrading the electronics (iron, hairdryer and tv) but apart from that everything is a-okay 10/10 would reccomend! ✨

The location is great and the service is acceptable. However, both my children and I experienced multiple insect bites during our stay. After the first night, we noticed some bites and weren’t sure if they were caused by mosquitoes or other insects. We monitored the situation, but after the second night, our legs developed more red, itchy rashes, despite not spending time outdoors. The lifts were small and the waiting time was often long, especially during peak hours. That said, the price is reasonable and offers good value for money. I hope the management can investigate the insect issue and ensure that the bedding and sheets are properly cleaned and changed regularly to improve the guest experience.

The bathrooms smelled terrible. The service was rather poor. For our check-in, security had to call someone else because the person who was supposed to check us in wasn't answering. Furthermore, at check-out, we had to wait quite a while, and the person checking us out was taking my phone to write a glowing review… However, it was good value for money, and the room looked like the photos.

The hotel is located right in Kuala Lumpur's Petaling Street, making it super easy to find. The decor is really stylish, and the facilities are quite good. However, it can get a bit noisy at night. Also, the room is genuinely tiny, almost miniature, but other than that, I have no complaints.

Interestingly furnished with a refreshing private patio for shower. On point with their traditional themed interior and very apt for its location in Chinatown - but be prepared that because of that it might not be as cosy as people expect. Slightly noisy given the bustling night activity but that is its advantage for sightseeing and good eats around. Room was well stocked with amenities, including a cute Chinese teapot set.

GGuest UserVery satisfied! I chose this place online based on its location, price, and service, and it turned out to be even better than I expected. The room was spacious and cozy, and even though there were only two of us, they arranged a double bed for us. I had requested a quiet room in my notes, and I slept soundly. It was a very comfortable first night in a foreign country. It's perfect for couples! Great value for money.

GGuest User🔺🔺First, a warning to those taking taxis: Google Maps might show two similar addresses. I got ripped off: 🔸After getting off the subway, I took a taxi, but the destination was ridiculous, and it was the wrong one. After getting out, I couldn't find the hotel, and when I used navigation again, it was another 15-minute walk. 🔺🔺Second, because I hadn't added them on WeChat beforehand, the following happened: 🔸Upon arrival, I couldn't find the front desk (because there wasn't one). I had to use the Ctrip phone number to contact them. I got through, but couldn't understand what they were saying. I asked various people—passersby/security guards—but they couldn't help. I called again, and finally they understood. They said to wait downstairs, and they would come down. I waited and waited, for a long time, and then I saw someone, but I wasn't sure if it was them. I had to keep waiting. Finally, I called again and saw someone (the same person from before) answering the phone. That's when I recognized them (sweat). Then, they said they couldn't contact me because they didn't have WeChat. (And coincidentally, my WeChat hadn't been able to send messages for a few hours before.) (I don't know why, it only worked after I restarted it). He swiped his card, took us to the 55th floor, added my husband on WeChat, explained the arrangements, and then left. Anyway, it was quite a complicated process. (This person had a very heavy accent, making it difficult to understand his English.) ▶️Room Size: It's really big, two bedrooms, two living rooms, and two bathrooms (actually there's another bedroom, but the door was broken, so we didn't use it). ▶️Cleanliness: At first glance, it looks great, very large and upscale. But upon closer inspection, it's not so good; there was some mold under the door, and we found a small cockroach. The towels were quite old. ▶️Amenities: No disposable toiletries. There are two large towels. There are four teacups, four sets of tableware. There is a kettle, a knife. There is a stove, washing machine, and refrigerator. There are two wardrobes with clothes hangers. There is a kettle and a pot. ▶️Location: Right in the CBD, next to the Twin Towers and Kuala Lumpur Tower. The green light rail line is a 6-minute walk away. The view from the 55th floor is absolutely stunning!

GGuest UserMany reviews mention the convenient location, and I agree, that's definitely why people choose this hostel. A lot of people also praise the friendly staff, and that's true too; the man at the front desk was genuinely very kind and calm, and he helped with all my questions. As for the amenities, I won't say much... there are minimal facilities, but then again, it is a hostel, so you shouldn't expect much – just a place to sleep and then forget about it.

DDmitriMayI recommend it. For this price, it's a great choice! The hotel contacted me immediately after booking. I got there from the airport by metro without any problems. I found the hotel. I lived on the 10th floor. The hotel reception is on the 4th floor. Below is the bus station and offices. The room is clean and cozy. Chinatown is very close. I walked to the Petronas Twin Towers and other attractions. I liked everything. I will come again!🙂 (Especially since I forgot my hat when I left early))) now I definitely need to come back)

FFarhana FaizuI was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the area, and I absolutely love it! The convenience of having a parking space right next to the hotel for just RM12 per day is fantastic. The only minor downside was a slightly musty smell in the room, but it was manageable. The shower pressure could be a bit stronger, but everything else was quite convenient. I would definitely consider staying here again, especially since my dad really values convenient parking! Please note that the ironing facilities are shared, and the iron may not get very hot. Additionally, the toiletries provided are quite basic, so remember to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush.
