I had an amazing stay at Infinitum! The apartment was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the view was absolutely stunning, especially at night. The location is excellent—close to popular attractions, restaurants, and convenience stores, making it easy to get around. The facilities were outstanding, especially the infinity pool and gym, which were clean, well-maintained, and offered breathtaking views. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I truly felt at home. I highly recommend Infinitum to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay. I will definitely come back again on my next visit! :::

nice place to stay in the middle of tow

I wouldn't recommend staying here if you don't speak English. Communication was a nightmare, and the front desk staff weren't very clear. Basically, the language barrier combined with an unaccommodating front desk made everything difficult. The location isn't great either; you need a taxi to get anywhere, and walking takes about half an hour. The room itself was just okay. I was swayed by good reviews saying the front desk had friendly female staff and that early check-in was possible for a fee. But when I got there, it was all male staff at the front desk. I had to wait for a room immediately, and paying extra for early check-in wasn't even an option. I arrived in the early morning and couldn't check in until 1:30 PM. Also, I saw that breakfast was included when I booked, but when I asked, they said it would cost 17 MYR. For 230 a night, it's really not worth it. I might as well have stayed at a hostel in Chinatown or a hotel with a pool for better photo opportunities. I just wanted my own room, but it ended up being a lot of hassle, very tiring, and I didn't get good rest. I don't recommend it; it was quite a miserable stay.

I had a really pleasant stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent, and the swimming pool has an amazing view of Kuala Lumpur’s skyline, especially the Twin Towers. The host was also very friendly and quick to respond . Definitely recommended for anyone visiting KL!

The unit is quite new, hope management will clear the transparent glue stains at floor. No one send me check in details even on actual day. I need to figure out their Whatapps myself to get the details. No sure who is handling the Whatapps I dont like his/her attitude. Bed sheet got stains & the bed is too soft to sleep. Register counter dint lead to get customer line up. I see there's communication for foreigner customer. Deposit require RM200(Cash not accepted) I not sure long how it will back to me. The lobby AC closed & got smell(sweating smell) when we reach at night around 9pm. But we realized the A/C working in the morning. Toilet no hanging place for cloth at all. Parking fee quite expensive. We park outside the condo but have risk to get summon even on weekends. Hope management will improve all of these.

Super central. We are in Chow Kit area. Walking distance to Quill City Mall. No swimming pool, no gym. But the rooms are spacious. Especially the Deluxe King rooms. Aircon is superb. Smart TV. Just need to login to your account and there you go. Strong WiFi connection. Great front desk persons. Rows and rows and rows of f&b just across the road. There is a KK Mart maybe about 2 mins walk away. There is 4Fingers behind the hotel facing an office building.

We had a pleasant stay at M101. It was a short staycation with my friends. Location was ideal and nearby KL's popular landmarks. There are limited parking spot available in front and at the back of the hotel at a rate of RM10-20. Room was spacious and clean, exactly as shown in the picture. Bed was comfortable, aircond working in a good condition, and there was a qibla sign given in the room. The bathroom was clean, able to flush perfectly well, hot water was present and there are two sink. But the downside is the shower door does not close properly. The check in and check out process was pretty straight forward. Overall, for the amount of money we paid, it was worth it.

Located on the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur City Centre, public transportation is a bit inconvenient, but it is located in the Malay settlement, which can fully feel the customs of the Malay community. The hotel is old, the facilities are simple, and the sanitary conditions are average. The front desk staff will try their best to help and become a highlight.

The responses to my messages were late. Location is good. In the building 2 7/eleven stores it is too convenient. I had problems with WiFi, it didn’t work so i couldn’t send any messages before i changed my room

I had a room without windows, there was air conditioning, a bed and a hanger on the door. The lights were turned off every evening for 10 or 15 minutes. The soundproofing is poor. I was on the 2nd floor (it would be good if there was another room occupied and therefore it was almost quiet). They gave me a towel (not white) and a small soap. This is a place for locals (I rented it only because it was near the monorail stop. There is no kettle, they let me iron my clothes with an old iron. There is no area for eating. The bed linen is not white, it was stained. It is dirty of course, but I understood that locals rent there and for them it is normal. The deposit is 50 ring. As a foreigner they took another 20 ring for 2 nights.
