We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was very clean, the location was perfect and close to everything, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The only small point was that the amenities could be improved a little, but overall it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended for couples looking for a relaxing getaway.

A lot of Gourmet as literally la la port mall is below this apt. The host has someone that also stay in the same building but different floor to pass the key. He is super helpful. The room is not super clean but ok for me. Though I felt itchy sleeping on the first night. Then I use place the available small mattress on top of the sofa as it’s looks rough.
I will boom again but hope will not be this T2-08-03A. As I don’t like the feel of the sofa and pillow.
The other room I saw online seems they use leather sofa which will be more comfy to rest after a long day shopping.
I wondered why the host still put clear up the rubbish before leaving when you stilll charge for cleaning fee in the booking.

Everything were good. Very nice view at 31st floor. The apartment smells good and very comfortable. You have everything you needed whether self-cook or delivery order. The staff that checked in and checked out was very good and courteous. Will definitely stay again. I

staying here was the highlight of our trip. because this place was Amazingly beautiful!! The operator was nice. our hour was clean, bed is so comfy! zero complain.. location perfect just go to ground floor walk few steps there's a door that open's up to lalaport! got Jaya Grocer to get necessity, restaurant, food court .. not to mention the infinity pool.. the views was breathtaking! Highly recomended. i was traveling with 2 little kids and everything was easy, smooth, managable and my kids love this place too.

I went straight to the accommodation with the reservation voucher from the airport, but I was flustered because the host said there were no rooms and that there was nothing more I could do.
My phone battery was dead, so I went to the underground food court of LaLaport Mall with my heavy luggage to charge it, and after several calls with a Trip.com customer service representative, I went to a nearby hotel.
Fortunately, they found a good hotel, so I was able to stay here for 3 out of 4 nights and the last night.
I asked the Trip.com customer service representative to confirm with the host that the last night was exactly booked, and I received several confirmations.
I arrived on a 2 PM flight, but when I arrived at the nearby hotel, it was 8 PM.
My daily schedule was blown away, so I felt like I was wasting time.
I was able to stay here for the last night, and the pool, sauna, and other facilities were great, but the disappointing thing was that there were ants, the reservation was not smooth, and I had to call to ask how to check out.
I feel so embarrassed when I think about how I went abroad and couldn't even check in because they said there were no rooms, and the security guard wouldn't let me into the lobby, so I had to stand there in a panic where cars were making U-turns. ㅠ.ㅠ

Large spacious apartment, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is a washing machine and a dryer, there are the most necessary things in the kitchen: plates, spoons, a knife and two saucepans. Convenient location - from the G floor of the complex you immediately get to the direct passage to the Lalaport shopping center, where there is a huge supermarket with Jaya Grocer products and many small cafes with food. Near the shopping center there is also a street with different restaurants, cafes and a cool immersive show in Immersify Kuala Lumpur. 10 minutes walk to the main party street Bukit Bintang and the pedestrian street with food Jln Alor. The complex has two swimming pools on the 3rd floor and 35th floor, on the top floor there is a transparent bottom, there is a gym.

I felt reassured by the fact that they put a lot of emphasis on security. Its central location made transportation easy, no matter where I was going. The various swimming pools, including the 35th-floor infinity pool and sauna, were also a pleasure to use.

There are many homestays in it, and I contracted a few rooms to buy it, so I look at the specific company and room situation, such as health and facilities. We rented two rooms, the space is large and air-conditioned, and the washing machine is not easy to use. There is also a need to contact them in advance to pay the deposit, and they provide the password of the password lock to pick up the key. It is that some workers really can't do it. They hang up without saying a few words on the phone. The problem is not clear and hang up the phone makes people speechless. There is also a big market behind the apartment building, there is a morning market in the morning, there are fruits and seafood.

GGuest UserExcellent clean, well-kept, thoughtful, stylish studio, equipped with everything necessary for living - two air conditioners, two fans, a refrigerator, a stove, an oven, a water filter, a washing machine (there was even washing powder), dishes, a rice cooker, a kettle, a cutting board, good towels, even an extension cord and an adapter for European plugs. Shower with a glass door, excellent pressure, there were no problems with hot water. The studio has a smart TV with a large screen, we watched Netflix without problems.
The residential complex has two swimming pools, one on the roof with a view, the second downstairs, in the middle of the garden.
From the residential complex there is also a direct passage to the shopping center, where you can eat.
The manager is a nice young man, available on WhatsApp.
Of the minuses - it is quite difficult to get into the residential complex, the territory is guarded and barriers, entry is by QR code and passport. Overall, the residential complex did not seem very cozy, there were a lot of people, especially in the upper pool, strange planning solutions (many unused nooks) and navigation (we did not immediately find the direct route to the shopping center). Also, among the minuses - periodically there was a bad smell from the drain hole in the bathroom (it is necessary to improve the water seal), and the drying of the washing machine does not work (but there is a dryer on the balcony).

SSchwarzmaAs always Pudu is a great location with bukit bintang and klcc right around the corner. Coupled with your day to day amenities, abundance of hawker food and lrt connection.
Hotel was clean when we checked in. But have to take out the trash yourself and no housekeeping will be done in the name of sustainability.
Amenities were pretty bad. I had to enquire for a hairdryer three times and it was finally sent up after an hour or so due to the storeroom key being with another employee. Water heater is also jumpy so be ready for cold awakening in the morning unless it somehow decides to work.
The worst would be the toilet sliding door. It fell down and hit me on the head and body. Thankfully a room change was done, but the plank had no reason to fall at all. If you can't assure customer safety, then how?
Overall pay for another place. Saves you the headache and get more for your money.

LLanbojiniIf the requirements are not so high, the linen is really not very clean. The front desk is South Asians who do not speak Chinese. Two days of cleaning. The location is very good. Many attractions are very close but the sound insulation is very poor. There are many people who are often awakened. There is a meal outside the 4th floor. It's cheap, and finally the housekeeping is OK, and I fold my clothes for me.

GGuest UserUnlike ordinary hotels, check-in is difficult because you have to keep in touch. You cannot leave your luggage before and after check-in. This is my second stay in Lucentia, but the room is different, so I have the impression that check-in was smoother last time.
The room was large and nice this time, but there was a small cherry blossom on the table and I didn't feel like putting things. After that, I found it in a sink or washbasin, so I imagined it would be difficult to completely exterminate.
I was able to wash because I prepared detergent. There is no microwave. It would have been better if there was an explanation of the facilities in the building such as the infinity pool in the room.
The location is very good. It is directly connected to LaLaport, so it is not difficult to eat or shop suddenly.
