Marriott Executive Apartments Hotels in Kuala Lumpur

The housekeeping seems to throw away my stuff without asking. The plastic containers (water bottles and food). He could have just left it there and throw when i check out. Also, he did not replenish the daily toilet and beverage amenities. All 5 star hotels do this. Not sure if executive apartments have different policies. Check in staff and kia peng bistro staff are very friendly. The check in note from the Director of Rooms is a let down : Addressed the note to Mr Aruvutu ( may have spelt wrongly) with fruits, nyonya kuih) on the dining table. Should check who is the guest first or probably Mr Aruvuthu checked out and Dir of Room did not verify properly before i checked in. Joyful brief moment only to know it was meant for another guest.
