1118255****Highly recommended! The views of the Petronas Towers are stunning, and the room comes with a washing machine and dryer (though you'll need your own detergent). It's just a 10-15 minute walk to both Pavilion and the Petronas Towers, and the breakfast is plentiful. This suite is perfect for family trips. I'll definitely choose Imperial Deluxe Hotel again next time I'm in Kuala Lumpur.

NNunaeHad a wonderful stay here. The operator, Alan was very kind in assisting us with a late check-out. Breakfast was satisfying with a wide variety of food and drinks. The staff at the gym and pool were also attentive and caring. The only downside was the TV, which was quite small with poor resolution and sound quality. Do note that the carpark is in a separate block and requires quite a bit of walking.

GGuest UserThis was my second time staying at Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur. My previous stay was in 2022, during which I experienced poor treatment from the front desk. At that time, I promised myself not to return. However, after three years, I decided to give this hotel another chance and stayed here to celebrate my birthday.
To explain my disappointment in 2022: I had an early morning flight and checked out around 4:00 AM. At that time, I had difficulty booking a Grab because cash payments were not accepted before 6:00 AM, and I was unable to add a credit card to the app. I asked the front desk staff on duty for assistance, but he refused to help. He did not even offer to call a taxi for me. I was left standing there, confused and trying to figure things out on my own. Even the security staff nearby did nothing to assist.
That experience left me extremely frustrated and disappointed with the hotel’s service. However, I did not leave a negative review anywhere, nor did I file a formal complaint at the time — I simply chose to stay silent and move on.
Before my recent stay, I emailed the hotel to inform them that I would be celebrating my birthday during my stay and requested a complimentary birthday amenity — anything, no matter how small — and they confirmed it. Check-in went smoothly. However, when I entered the room, I was surprised to find only a few balloons placed on the bed, with no birthday card at all.
I appreciate the gesture, especially since I clearly mentioned that I would be grateful for anything. However, this does not reflect the standards of a Sheraton, let alone a five-star hotel. I did not ask for a cake or anything excessive, but receiving only balloons without even a greeting card feels underwhelming and below expectations. What was more disappointing was that I later read other guests’ reviews mentioning that they at least received a slice of cake and a greeting card. This made me wonder whether the treatment was inconsistent or even discriminatory.
Regarding the room, I was unable to control the air-conditioning temperature. Even when the AC was turned off, the room remained extremely cold, around 18°C. I eventually contacted the operator at night because it was impossible to sleep in such conditions. A technician came and said there was no issue, suggesting that the cold temperature was due to rainy weather outside. However, when I checked in earlier in the afternoon, it was not raining, and the room was already very cold. This issue persisted until checkout, although it became slightly more tolerable.
The Wi-Fi connection was also very slow, and mobile signal reception inside the hotel was weak. As a result, staying connected to the internet during my stay was quite difficult.
Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options and good taste. The location is also convenient. The staff were generally okay — not particularly friendly, but not rude either. Still, the service standard should be higher for a Sheraton property.
After two stays, I can say that I am still not satisfied. This may very well be my last time staying here. Paying a high price does not necessarily guarantee good quality.

Had not been expecting the amazing view, wish I could've stayed longer. Would've liked it if the shower could be hotter. Bed was slightly too soft for my liking. Not very sound proof so you can hear some traffic/ construction/ fireworks/ people in corridor. Found it inconvenient that deposit via credit card could only be returned in 24 days. However place was clean and spacious for one person, loved the nook by the window.

Booked a studio room and it is spacious, love the amenities available for me, there’s a mini kitchen which I didn’t get to use , a washing machine, kitchen sink, microwave and cooking tool. I chosen this hotel as they fit my requirements for amenities ! Love that I can visit the gym everyday and any point in time. Gym is big and open 24/7. Location may not be the most convenient, it’s around 15 mins walk to pavilion KL but grab is easy and convenient. Services provided by the hotel is top notch too, love every details they made. Keeping the place clean was really something i appreciate a lot.

Pros -The location is strategic. The house is clean. The unit is a one room unit. Checking in is complicated but not too difficult. Get parking and a house card from someone on the ground floor and then must go to level 25. There you must secure a deposit 200 and then give instructions about the house and its amenities via whatsapp.The view is magnificent for I ask for the KLCC view. Parking is available. Can walk to KLCC. It has a washing machine, utensils, kettle, and you can cook if u want.
Cons- check in is at 3pm but must be out at 11am? Too early I must say...on the unit, sliding door from the main hall to the room is impossible to shut. It's stuck and heavy... Remote control tv is excruciating for it's not original from TV oem. The air conditioner is either not working or too hot. The door uses complicated passcodes and must bring hp all the time I can't remember it.
Overall- I like the location. The price is okay. Will book again.

Secondly, there is a must to use their valet parking service during the stay in the hotel, cause they have no parking lot in the hotel, which we feel not comfortable with. One of the valet (Indian guy) has hygiene issue, after his drive to the hotel for me and I felt itchiness all over my body. That’s disgusting! The room I got at the first place the AC is a bit noisy and I got changed room to a higher floor, which is much brighter which I appreciate to. With the shower problem (shower hose broken) got solved after twice of my complaint to the front desk and WS CS.
Overall the stay is ok, but I’ll not recommend for family stay, the staircase is not friendly to wheelchair and stroller.
