My place is a preferred choice for luxury accommodation in the vicinity of KLCC and as it known as the Citys Commercial, Shopping & Entertainment Hub. The best part is the rooftop pool comes with stunning city views which includes Petronas Twin Towers. It's a perfect spot for those who refer to enjoy your stay with low density accommodation. The apartment is within walking distance to major KL hotspots: KL Tower, Suria KLCC, Petronas Towers, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, and Aquaria KLCC. The food scene is awesome, from Malaysian street fare to international cuisines to nightclubbing.

I stayed here with my family in a 3-bedroom suite with a living room and open kitchen. Two rooms had private bathrooms, while one used the outside shared toilet, which was fine. The property was very clean with a great atmosphere, and my room had a direct view of Menara 118 & KL Tower, amazing both at night and in the morning. Location is excellent, just a short walk to Suria KLCC and the LRT, and free parking was provided. Check-in and check-out were smooth and detailed. The only downside was the sewage/drainage smell in the suite, noticeable from the entrance and in the toilets. The staff were very helpful and came quickly to fix it, which improved the situation a lot, though a slight smell still lingered occasionally. I suspect it might be a building-wide issue. Overall, a really good stay with great views, location, and service. Just hope the drainage system can be improved.

Overall the apartment’s clean, comes with a balcony with view of the Petronas towers and spacious. However, I do not recommend staying here with the long wait for lifts and unfriendly staff. It took us 10 mins just to get a lift during checking in as one of the lifts was not working. There are only a total of 4 lifts serving 52 floors; takes forever to get into the lift! Staff wasn’t the friendliest as well. We told staff via WhatsApp that we’ll check out around 11:15am. They came over early around 11:05am so we told them to come back later as we’re not ready. At 11:14am we texted via WhatsApp that we are ready to check out. The staff replied at 11:26am asking if we’re sure that we’re ready to check out now. Staff finally came over and gave an unfriendly demeanour.

I booked this place online. It's an apartment building that houses several serviced apartments. While it's essentially individual units, it feels quite professionally run, with a 24-hour front desk for check-in. The room's soft furnishings were decent. The amenities seemed to be the standard inclusions you'd find in a newly handed-over apartment, which in Southeast Asian countries typically means fully furnished and ready for immediate move-in. The pool was okay, but the view of the Twin Towers was blocked by the STAR building right in front. Although there were two air conditioners in the room, the larger one was pointed directly at the bed. I'd recommend the host installs an air deflector, as having cool air blowing directly on you all night makes for an uncomfortable sleep.
