這麼多年衹要回到寬甸，就會住他家，不過現在的感受是一年不如一年，不管是硬件設施還是服務，都不盡人意，這次入住，給了我一個空調不好使，被子是壞的房間，而且還挨着一個類似儲藏間的地方，一開門，儲藏間的門是會擋着房間的門，孩子出門差點撞到，我覺得類似這種房間是不是要放到最後實在沒房的時候才分發下去呢，好在協商之後給我換了一間。樓層的房掃阿姨非常好，服務的態度和質量都沒得説。

設施:空調好使。7月5日晚上洗澡沒熱水。7月6日凌晨被吵醒以後洗澡沒熱水。作為房間唯一的牀頭櫃，附近竟然沒有插座。（圖4）
環境：7月5日傍晚一直到午夜12點左右，房間不斷有一陣一陣的轟轟的聲音（第二天凌晨才知道是鐵鎚聲響）。7月6日凌晨4:10，如圖一中的酒店後院在鏟裝修的垃圾，聲音特別大。7月6日凌晨5點左右，如圖2和圖3，施工隊開始施工，我就住在圖上所見施工旁邊的房間的對面房間。聲音極大，鐵鎚和電鑽的聲音，一直持續了好幾個小時，我於7月6日晚上晚上寫評價的時候都覺得心臟不舒服。
服務：十分不滿意。我連續被吵醒以後，向酒店反映如圖123的情況。對於圖1的情況，酒店的回覆是“我不清楚是什麼情況”，然後就去睡覺了。對於圖23的情況，酒店也出來看了，回覆衹是“我們也管不了”。一丁點也沒有表示出，對酒店客户遇到問題，有表示幫助解決的意思，給人的感覺是十分冷漠。讓人十分失望。
我個人對酒店的住宿體驗就是:喜歡洗冷水澡的旅人，還有睡眠特別沉的旅人，還有不指望酒店維護你權益的人適合來這。

衞生：床品毛巾等都不願使用，
環境：前後樓住宿用餐很不方便，早餐簡直就是太差，豆餡小饅頭是冷的，品種太單一，一個煮雞蛋，一碗小米粥，還有就是有點鹹菜，熱菜和炒米飯麪湯都沒了也不給添補上
