Room is clean but a bit old.
Sofa in room have foul smell.
Pool access room is good but unfortunately my neighbour room keeps smoking even though that’s Non-smoking floor. Complain to hotel front desk numerous time but cannot be settled. This is very disappointing.
Pool access room door spoil & got fixed immediately even though is peak season & public holiday, very efficient maintenance team 👍🏼
Location is good, walking distance to beach. Walking distance to Starbucks, McDonald & KFC. But a lots of wild monkeys.
Best sunrise spot in front of the room.

This has been my fav holiday destination since 20 years ago. My dad used to bring us here and now its my turn to bring my family here. Decided to book the room facing the sea this time round, kind of directly infront of the pool too! Magnificent view but honestly the room is kind of smaller than the ones which we got last year (room facing the lobby)
The aircon in the room is kind of centralised and its too cold for our liking though. Other than that everything else is pretty nice and comfortable. Beware of wild monkeys around the carpark early in the morning and late afternoon though.
Inroom dining slightly meh though. We ordered in during the heavy thunderstorm. If not, we will go out to have dinner.

Definitely an amazing n great hotel stay for family with stunning sea view from our room. The hotel staff from reception across to housekeeping are very well service oriented to guests. Location is great, foot steps away from beach. Buffet spread was good with live stations, nice variety as well. Highly recommended!

Booked this room for my parents. Got the Seaview room on the 1st floor, just a little away from the pool but able to have a good view of the pool too. Enjoyed it much. Room was cleaned. They enjoyed themselves.

Overall, the hotel is good.. The environment is really beautiful, the beach is very clean.. And the next street is the famous check-in and photo-taking spots Starbuck and MCD. There are also good choices of food nearby.. The hotel room is also clean with nice sea view.. Maybe because it was a holiday, the service was really slow, and the room was not cleaned until the evening.. The service has been improved.. The whole trip was good..
