I recently stayed at the hotel and wanted to share some feedback.
While I appreciate that the interior of the room has been newly renovated, I was quite surprised that the corridors and room doors were not updated as well. They appear old and worn, which creates a sharp contrast with the modern room interiors.
Additionally, there appears to be no control or signage to encourage guests to dry off before entering the lift area. As a result, the lift floor was often wet and covered in water footprints, which not only felt unhygienic but also posed a slipping hazard.
I hope this feedback helps improve the guest experience moving forward.

Definitely will be my top choice if come to kuantan again. Place undergo renovation and upgrading work and really looking forward to thats in future. Room is clean, amenities provided also ok. Staff really helpful and very nice. There is fireshow at night and i really enjoyed it. The pool also clean. The design of the room not really privacy but thats ok. The beach very clean.

No problem throughout the whole stay. But a bit slow on queueing for breakfast. Has facilities like pickle ball but need to pay. Has gym and swimming pool and is free of charge. Why can’t all sport activities free for hotel guest?
Able to direct access to beach is a plus point to choose this hotel.

The place is still under renovation. We chosen this place for a night stay before heading to Trengganu . The room experience is ok until midnight when the sewage smell suddenly become very strong that we need to open the window .

All good . Just disappointed that the kids club facilities
Ps4 need to pay a fees to use. It should be free for kids to use ( eg: limit 30 min per session ) so that all kids can enjoy which is practice by other hotel.

Although the hotel is currently under major renovations, I still had a pleasant and relaxing stay. I recommend having breakfast early, especially during peak season or school holidays, as the queue can get quite long.

Went during school holidays plus public holiday, all good but very crowded in breakfast time even need to queue but I very enjoyed
