I enjoyed the hotel. The service provided when I first arrived was excellent, and the food was good. Before I checked in, they informed us that the hotel was under renovation, so we could prepare for any disruptions.
However, there was one issue, we went to the beach on Saturday night because we saw in hotel activities section mentioned there’s fire show on Saturday night, but nothing happened. No fire show took place, and we left for the room feeling disappointed. I thought some activities would not be affected by the renovations, but it seems they were.
I would recommend visiting after the renovations are completed so that you can enjoy the whole hotel and your holiday

The rooms are nice as they are just renovated. Disappointed on welcome drinks. Less selection on buffet breakfast. Overall the vacation was great.Hotel staff are friendly.

Stayed for a night with children under 4. Undergoing renovation at their lobby /lounge. From booking to reception to in room dining and breakfast buffet: services are top notch. Kid friendly amenities save us all the time.. Spent most of our time at Splash pool, kid playground(mini cinema, carrom, legos, coloring, chess, mini slide all for free) and beach. Room deco modern, new and satisfying too. Thabk you so much, surely will visit again.

Newly renovated hotel, the room was clean and comfy with seaview, we enjoyed our stay at swiss garden beach resort and kid like the kid play room too.

I called one day earlier to request early checkup. It was entertained however due to system breakdown still required to wait almost one hour in the car. To their credit they still did their best.
According to the Trip package I was supposed get welcome drink but it was not there.
The nasi lemak rendang so good but the breakfast spread so limited. The renovation thingy quite a disturbance, need to walk all the way to access beach, no Deli yet, lobby not ready too. However they already informed that in advance so it was acceptable.
During housekeeping, our room key that was used to power up the room was taken, but the concierge sent a new one once the complaint lodged. They also restock only one bottle of mineral water instead of two, but the housekeeper comply with our request for another without much hassle.
I did not have enough time to try their fitness centre but one visit showed it was wide and adequate. I hope in the future it will be for 24 hours like other hotel and accessible with keycard.
All in all I will give 4 stars. Need to improve on breakfast spread. Special shoutout for Mr Kamarul our concierge/porter for excellent service. Will come again later.

There are ants that cross over the table and turn on the food placed on the table. The position of the refrigerator is also not ergonomic, it should be under the table provided. Due to the ongoing renovation process, many routes to the recreation area are diverted. We hope that the management can provide some compensation to make up for the deficiency. This is my second time staying at the hotel.
