Overall hotel room is nice and clean just that I stayed in executive rooms and you need to inform front desk to access the executive lounge and there is no light food served in the lounge compare to other hote

We really enjoyed the ambience of the hotel. It is clean, fresh, and pleasantly scented. The room is spacious, and the bed sheets, pillows, and mattress are very comfortable and well maintained. The bathroom amenities are complete, and the water pressure is good. The facilities, including the swimming pool and gym, are also well maintained. The hotel is conveniently located next to a mall, which is perfect for shopping, and there are many great dining options nearby. Area for improvement: The hairdryer is quite small and not very powerful, so it takes a long time to dry long hair.

The bed was comfortable, and the housekeeping service was consistent throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. I also appreciated their willingness to assist with any requests or questions. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Overall, the hotel offered good value for money and provided a comfortable and relaxing experience. I would consider staying here again and would recommend it to others.

Convenient location opposite a local eatery area and coin-laundry across the road from the main entrance. There is direct access via a glass door from lobby to Boulevard Mall which has a small food court, smart supermarket, Watson, Guardian, Pizza Hut, Mr DIY. Hotel pool & gym at level 6. The gym has spacious floor space including 2 separate areas for yoga and exercises, away from the good range of equipment & free weights. My corner Deluxe room is spacious (45 M2,) with separate sitting area and even a timber deck for kids or exercises. Big comfortable bed/firm mattress, clean shower/bath room with strong water pressure, window offers good view of Kuching city all way to Matang and Santubong. Breakfast buffet offers both Malaysian & Western hot food, fruits, salad and yoghurt, tea, coffee, teh tarik and fruits drink.

Imperial Hotel Kuching offers a convenient location and generally comfortable rooms, but the air-conditioning system needs attention. Each time the unit is switched on, it produces a loud, persistent noise that disrupts rest. The room itself is clean and well-kept, and staff service is prompt, yet the noisy aircon significantly affects the overall stay. Addressing this issue would greatly improve the guest experience.

Love it much. Great stay. Food is okay. Staff very polite and very attending. Access to shopping mall from level 2. 🥰
