4.7/5OutstandingTo be honest, I did not expect an extremely good service from the hotel as the price was on the lower end. I was wrong. The hotel may look a bit old from outside, but the service was excellent. I would like to extend my gratitude to Agatha and Joenna Betsy at the front counter for being so warm, welcoming, helpful and always with smiles. Room was good - not great - but all basic necessities were there in the room. Worth every penny spent. Bathroom was clean too. Location of the hotel was strategic, walking distance to the waterfront, eateries, good view of the river. But vehicle parking was a real challenge. The car parking was limited and based on first-come-first-serve basis. Breakfast selection was limited during my 4D3N stay, but during this recovery period from COVID-19, we must not waste food. Albeit with limited choices for breakfast, the taste was great and really fit my pallet. It was quality over quantity. All in all, kudos to Imperial Riverbank Hotel Kuching for serving us good. Thank you so much!
