We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Amari Raaya. Everyone went above and beyond to provide the most superb service. Upon arrival, the representative Zaha already waited for us at the jetty while we were approaching. Her proactive approach truly made a positive impression by assisting us with seaplane transfer and even contacting our next hotel for a smooth transition on the way back. The entire team at Amari did everything to create a memorable stay for us, from Buggy service Nalaka who could remember our names to Housekeeping Saain who made the room twice a day as well as did an amazing job on the bed decoration for my parents anniversary; from All Day Dining restaurant Mr.Himanshu and Mr. Haleem and their team to Ampers&nd’s Egptian staff who showed outstanding hospitality and attentive care. The environment is extremely beautiful. We could even snorkel near our water villa. Food has a great variety especially a good combination of Asian cuisine and international gourmet food. We feel that the value received is on par with what we anticipated. Front Office Mr. Ali and his team’s dedication in ensuring our satisfaction is evident in each interaction, making us feel like valued guests and part of the community. Any enquiry is dealt with in a timely manner. I’d also love to express our sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Mr Haleem, Mr. Himanshu, Julius, Adi from all day dining; Nalaka, Sajid, Thooif, and everyone from Buggy service for providing such convenient transportation which has made getting around so much easier under the sun; Amir, Kero from Ampers&nd Sunset Bar who are so genuinely kind and friendly; Our island host Achala who made reservations for us to ensure a hassle free vacation; and many other staff’s names we can’t recall. Our experience at Amari surpassed our expectations thanks to its exemplary cleanliness, upscale decoration, and most importantly, outstanding hospitality. It was really touching to see everyone came to the seaplane platform and said goodbye. We highly recommend guests seeking a luxurious with attention to detail to consider Amari Raaya.

Excellent stay in ocean water pool villa for 1 week. All the staff on the entire island were super friendly and accommodating. Lots of activities, program and nice & small attentions during the festive period including chocolate, & treats in our room, gift for our child, etc. We hope to come back again!

Friends who like water sports must come! See dolphins and sharks! How new is the equipment! The service staff has a great attitude!

There are too few types of food in the buffet. There is no fish, only chicken, let alone shrimp and beef.

The most spectacular trip of our lives! Exceeded everything we could have ever dreamed of having for our honeymoon trip 😍 From the villa to the food, the drinks, and above all the staff! Everything blew our minds away! We will definitely go back!!

We spent our honeymoon in the Maldives and can't praise it enough. The resort was simply amazing and exceeded all our expectations. Upon arrival, we were surprised with an upgrade and many additional extras, including a candlelight dinner and a floating breakfast – simply unforgettable! All the staff were incredibly friendly, courteous, and always eager to make our stay perfect. Our guest relations officer, Sandepaa, was exceptional – he organized everything with such friendliness and efficiency that we felt completely pampered and cared for. Our waiter, Mo, was also fantastic; he was so friendly and attentive that we couldn't have wished for better service. The Sebshack team stood out to us in particular. The waiter at the Sebshack Bar and the evening bartender were simply amazing – always cheerful and highly professional. The resort itself is beautifully located, and the sea is a dream. A small suggestion for improvement would be to clean the beach more frequently from washed-up items like plastic bottles, but this did not diminish our overall impression. Another highlight was the Diving Center team. Snorkeling was a wonderful experience every day, and the team's support was top-notch. All in all, it was a dream vacation that we will always remember. Raaya is an ideal holiday destination! The resort offers a wide range of activities worth exploring, including snorkeling, sunset fishing, spa experiences, photo sessions, and tennis courts. Our host, Maaii, took excellent care of us, promptly addressing any issues or questions we had. And let’s not forget the accommodation – whether you choose a beach villa or a water villa, you’re making the right decision! The staff at Raaya are like friends during your stay, always ready to assist and consistently performing their duties well. Lastly, the cuisines at Mizaj, Raaya Life, and Ampersand are a major highlight – you can savor delicious dishes there, making it one of the resort’s biggest advantages!

A wonderful tropical island paradise that blew our minds. The resort is new and superbly finished. We booked an ocean villa and it was so fresh and sparkly new. It was located on the ocean boardwalk, serviced by regular electric buggies at our beck and call. We made great friends with the staff at the Raaya Life all day dining restaurant. Our best wishes to Rama, Mo and Amir who served us so well and kept us laughing. In fact everyone was so kind and helpful. We spent a lot of our time soaking up the sun and cocktails at the SOAQ bar, next to the infinity pool, watching the sunset over the crystal blue ocean as the local fruit bats fly past scooping a drink from the pool. Each day was idyllic, walking the tropical forest paths, snorkelling the reefs and dining non stop. Every part of the island was accessible by the electric buses, every 15 minutes. From our welcome arrival by the drummers greeting us from the seaplane ride to the luscious meals at Ampers&nd Restaurant, we couldnt have asked for more pleasurable moments. Oh, perhaps we could have spent more time with the myriad hermit crabs scattered around our feet, scampering along, from minute chaps to big daddy ones. Our sun soaked days were incredibley satisfying and made even more special by the magnificent monsoonal storm that passed through on our last day with thunderous lightning striking the ocean, only to leave as quickly as it arrived. What a moment, laying on our deck lounger, glass of wine in hand watching the lightning cracking around us. We had a momentous and memorable holiday at this paradise resort, enhanced by the staffs'dedication to our needs. Sandeep was our personal host and organised every event for us, from the reef snorkelling, sunset cruise to the special meal at the signature Ampers&nd restaurant. The stay was amazing, starting from service the resort is offering. Many thanks to our island host Sandeepa for permanent assistance, cocktail maker Ismail in the pool bar for tasty drinks, DJ in the restaurant… All personnel is super helpful and friendly, we really enjoyed the stay! Food was also great at all restaurants and the villa with pool is really nice. Plan to come back :)

I am writing this as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by your Assistant Manager, Mr Ali and his team during my stay. During my four days of visit, mistakes were made on two of the days for incorrect arrangement of programmes. We were lucky enough to meet your Assistant Manager, Mr Ali who fixed the errors.  First, we booked the spa on 10 May via the Information Centre. The staff wrote a note to us, stating that the spa was booked on 10 May. However, when we arrived at the spa centre, the staff there said that the appointment had been made on 11 May. We wondered why no printed notification was given to us for the itinerary or the booking.  Same mistake happened again on 11 May. We booked the TRX class and waited for 30 minutes before the tutor showed up at the designated time. Again, without any printed materials for the activities, we were told that the TRX class was a mixed martial class but it turned out to be a class just for stretching exercise. Had we known that in advance, we wouldn’t have joined the class. After the first two days, we were in such a bad mood that we voiced out our dissatisfaction to your Assistant Manager, Mr Ali. This was our second time to visit Maldives. With the exceptional experience before, we would like to see changes to be made so that all customers can receive quality customer service in future. Making every effort to fix the errors, Mr Ali sent a birthday cake for my daughter’s birthday and upgraded us to seaplane transfer to the airport. We really appreciated Mr Ali’s efforts to restore our mood. Mr Ali has successfully turned a complaint into a compliment, creating positive image for the Resort. His commitment to customer satisfaction has not only resolved my issue but has also strengthened my loyalty to the Resort. In addition, we have other comments for your reference as below.  Demonstrating high level of flexibility, the spa centre eventually provided service to us on the day we booked. We sincerely appreciate their efficient and gracious customer service.  The staff at the buffet restaurant are always courteous and helpful and went out of their way to ensure that all our needs were met. Please pass on my appreciation to them.  The floating breakfast was unexpectedly beautiful. The photos taken by your photographer were beautiful too.  Throughout our visit, the drivers of the buses and staff of the dive centre were very friendly. Some of the drivers could even remember our room numbers. They provided a level of service that exceeded my expectations and made me feel valued as a customer.  Nevertheless, there was a little bit of a hiccup. We booked two rooms at your Resort. However, no inter-room call could be made. We tried the method stuck on the telephone but failed. As we landed to the resort, staff welcome us with traditional drumming and what a perfect way to start a holiday. Lester our island host, gave us all the information about the island and he was an outstanding person who arranged everything for my wife birthday. The island is well kept with all the green and natural way and what a great idea with the Seb story and we really enjoyed exploring the beautiful island. Once again thank you so much Lester for this wonderful experience we both enjoyed a lot the Raaya life.

Amazing, the hotel is stunning, and the island is quite large, which is a complete advantage. The ocean is very clean and so beautiful! You feel like you're on your own island, seeing hardly any guests because everything is beautifully spaced out, so it's very peaceful! A very clean island that is constantly cleaned early in the morning. It's very hygienic, and the staff are wonderful, very friendly, and always helpful! A dreamy island indeed. We arrived at raaya by atmosphéra on 29.04.2024 for our honeymoon. The reception was very nice. We got to know Karina, who was in contact with us throughout our stay. He was available to us even on his days off. He was our every request, organized our program. But all the staff on the island do an excellent job. This makes the time spent there pleasant and satisfying all needs. We thank them for this wonderful experience. We hope to be able to visit this magical place again soon.
