Radisson Kufri

We had booked 3 rooms for our family at Radisson Kufri from 30th April to 3rd May 2022. The property is new, clean and has a lovely view. I particularly liked the lobby which had an 'old English inn' appeal to it. The rooms are well-decorated and are decent sized. After reading some reviews on the internet, we had booked superior rooms but realized that they have a 'wall view'. Specially the superior rooms in the wing which has the restaurant are very dark because they have a wall very close to the window. If you are interested in a good view, then either request for superior rooms with valley view at the time of booking or book a delux room. We had one superior room in the restaurant wing which we were slightly unhappy about. The hotel upgraded us to a delux room in the other wing the next day after check-in and did not charge us anything extra for it. Really appreciate this! I would like to thank Siddharth, Aditya, Rahul and others for ensuring that we had a pleasant stay. Considering that Radisson Kufri is a five-star property away from Shimla town, expect the food prices to be on the higher side. But the restaurant amazed us with yummy food during our entire stay. The breakfast buffet had an elaborate spread and everything was delicious. We also tried the dinner buffet on our last night and were again not disappointed by the quality and taste of food. Special thanks to Chef Rajesh Rana for himself checking on with us about the food quality and also the complimentary beetroot halwa which was very tasty. One of the family members was fasting on one of the days and had certain dietary restrictions which were catered to well by the chef. Some things that the hotel can improve on in the future would be to add more staffs at the restaurant during breakfast (they are already working on this). The hotel can also carry out periodic inspections of the entire facility for regular maintenance. For example - There was a bit of a leakage into the bedroom from a small gap between the bathroom glass and the wall in one of the rooms that we stayed in. Other than these minor issues, the staffs at Radisson Kufri left no stone unturned to delight us regularly with their service. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I visited the Radisson hotel Kufri in First week of April-24 with AkzoNobel Dulux group. The property was very comfortable for our group. From check in to Checkout, to room service, to restaurant, it felt like we were well looked after. The food spread was ample and predominantly good quality. Special thanks to Mr. Pankaj Dogra, Mr. Rohit Thakur, Mr. Avinash, from the restaurant with other support staff from room service for making our stay comfortable. Perched high up at the foothills of the Himalayas and surrounded by green valleys, the Radisson Kufri is the ideal spot to discover northern India in this picturesque hill station in Himachal Pradesh Shimla. Location is very close to fantastic picnic spots points, or for the more adventurous travellers - skiing and trekking trails. Apart from the beautiful natural surroundings, Radisson Kufri is located near the thriving leisure hub of Shimla, Mall Road, and other attractions. Each of our rooms and suites are thoughtfully and stylishly designed for your comfort, rest up in a comfy bed and enjoy premium amenities and services to ensure a comfortable stay. We were nicely assisted by front office staff special thanks to Ms ***isha Kumari, Ms Bhavna & all FO Staff.

The property is at a great location and the valley view from the room is amazing. The staff courtesy is excellent. Especially Ms Soni and Ms Kusum was so helpful. it was a mind blowing experience here. A vacation spent well. Indeed Kufri is a good place to spent time away from Shimla and I have made the right choice to stay at Radisson.

Best place to stay in Kufri in the lap of mountain. It is within one hour distance from Shimla but completely free from crowd. Superb hospitality and the best part is the valley view from breakfast deck. Very professional and kind hospitality from hotel staffs. Kusum and Soni has taken extended care during our stay, thank you! I would say that I will not have second thought before check in here for my next trip to Shimla!

We are posting this little delayed. We are just over with our vaccinations but couldn’t get over with your hospitality. This holiday we have stayed in 7 places in a run and couldn’t find a single hotel to post on except yours. Thank you very much for the hospitality, the type of food and serviced by Govind, it’s unbelievable. A special thanks for taking care of my child’s needs & Mr. Jai went out for the way to make us feel special. All staff were extremely helpful and polite. Amazing stay!! Thank you, Radisson Kufri!!!

Visited Kufri after long time. Wanted to stay in a secluded place. Which brings me to radisson kufri mentioned in MMT LUXE. But it feels more like a 4 star hotel . -We were received with cold welcome. -Upon entering the room we encountered strange smell from washroom , which didn’t fade away even after checking by the hotel staff. -No activities in evening kind a boring. -Rooms didn’t have Bathroom slippers, dental kit and only 2 water bottles were there , which is big no for a 5 star rated hotel. However few good things like - Our room was upgraded because of the stink without any charges by Ms Bhawana(Great help) -Bartender Mr Akshay made us one of the best LIIT’S we have in recent times. -Breakfast was extravagant, immense variety of food, and everything was so delicious and succulent. Special mention to Chef Mr Amit Dogra who took great care and made us taste local delicacies. Overall was a satisfying experience.

Excellent hospitality & Serving Jain food . Radisson has fantastic view of valley showing far off Himalayan range of hills and nearby hills showing plantation of apples. Reception hospitality is excellent and warm welcoming. In our next visit hoping to enjoy Health & Gym activities

It was great stay ever. Must visit property and very cooperative Staff excellent Service ✌🏻Thanks for such a great Hospitality. View From the Room is beautiful and they also provide carry cot for our child. Breakfast and Hightea is superb
