Big comfortable room. Nice man at reception found a bath plug for me and showed me how to get a bus ticket. Unknown to Google Maps, Bandirma’s train station has long since closed, so it’s a bit hard to get out of. Maybe that’s why the hotel didn’t seem very busy.

Rooms are outdated. I was told during check in breakfast was included then the next morning while I was enjoying breakfast I was told it wasn’t included with my stay and I had to pay for it.

Wedding until midnight, extremely noisy. If you stay on the third floor you will suffer badly as their staff keep moving chairs and tables on the above floor with deafening screeching noise. Reported staff a couple of times but no action taken, even after wedding finished at midnight, their staff kept moving tables and chairs until 3 am, my 78 year old mum suffered badly complaining that why I had brought her to this hotel. The Customer complaints and comfort is not their priority. They should get rid off the word “prestige” on their name. Stay away from this hotel if you want to have a good sleep, specially on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights due to the weddings on the above floor. Also wedding guests hired a room with full of males, smoke blowing out of their room into the corridors. Very bed experience :(:(:(

My stay was terrible I don't advise anyone to stay there the reseption guy elmas was very rude, no one help me with bag, the air conditioner was not working in the room I will never get back to this hotel again 😣

Tumbs DOWN for the MANAGEMENT
Hotel was less than half full, yet, they put us in a room where Construction Workers were working outside our window.
When my wife opened the curtain, she was almost face to face with Construction Workers making every kind of noise
Just a waste of a good property with a bad management.
Instead of spending money for the Bell Boy Costumes, they should upgrade their PILLOWS.

İş seyahatim nedeniyle ikinci kez tercih etmiştim fakat pişman oldum. Odalar zaten leş gibi. Çalışanlar ilgili fakat otel ortaklarından biri olduğu söylenilen bir kadın muhtemelen alkolün de etkisi ile başörtülü eşime ve bana hakaret etti. Daha sonra bırakın özür dilemeyi bizimle konuşmak dahi istemedi. Arkamızdan bağırmak kolay yanına gelince de aynı tepkiyi ver bakalım. Ben nasıl ki kendisinin alkolüne karışmıyorsam o da bizim dini düşüncelerimize saygı göstermek zorunda. Bu düşüncedeki insanlara para vermek istemediğimizden dolayı otellerinden çıktık. Kimseye de bu oteli tavsiye etmiyorum.
