Can't really find a fault with this hotel. The room was perfect. Nice and clean. Comfortable bed. The room had a humidifier machine. The staff were very nice to deal with and welcoming. The location was spot on. I'd stay here again most definitely

Convenient location! Need to walk about 5-10mins from the tram stop but it’s very bearable in Oct as the weather was cooling. Room is not very big - standard Japanese hotel but it has everything needed. Microwave is shared at the hotel lobby and they have tea and snacks at level 2 of the hotel.

Small room with shower (and rain shower) Comfortable bed .
Helpful staff, there are some parkings space at the hotel at 2000yen per night( but need ro take the car out at the check out time only (11.00)

辦理入住時房間安排不好，我要求換下，服務員臉色難看！我提前幾天就預訂的！竟然説讓我取消訂單！我六十歲了！給我頂層邊角的房間！又是一人住！服務糟糕！沒有質量！等待不解決！衹好先入住！房間及樓層過道間都是黑暗色的壁紙！心生恐怖！房間窗户也不能打開！價格卻很高！國內都沒有遇到這種酒店服務！！

酒店很新，首先酒店位置不錯，就在櫻町附近，馬路對面是勝烈亭，去取個號還能回來躺着等。然後酒店是乾濕分離的，1.6m的床也算日本酒店中比較大的了。離附近的商業街也很近

來熊本旅遊，臨時訂了這家酒店。
酒店的地理位置不錯，就在大巴站出來步行。旁邊也是網紅餐廳勝烈亭，吃飯逛街都挺方便。
酒店裝修蠻新的，屬於一家新酒店，房間面積不大，倆人住不能算寬裕，但也是剛剛夠用。
因為整體設施比較新，住起來倒還蠻舒服的，入住體驗都還不錯。
第2天早起退房時間倒是比較早，不過可以把行李寄存到前台，晚上走的時候再來拿。
來旅遊的話主要可以住這裏，畢竟硬件新地理位置好。

Short stay for a night. Room was small. We didn’t have a good experience as we need to change the room and only manage to settle down at third time because the air con was leaking. A lot of variety for breakfast.

A great value stay! The staff were friendly and helpful. The washing machine facilities were easy to use and managed to find an available machine most times. We stayed for 3 nights and each day bins were emptied and fresh towels given. The extra space under the bed for suitcases is a great touch and overall the room design in excellent. There were several tour groups staying during the 3 days which made it a little too busy, especially during breakfast as these guests all went at the same time. Not a great experience for more independent travelers like us, but the staff tried very hard. Overall one of the better stays we had during our Kyushu trip.
