One of the best luxury resorts in Kerala. Visited with family in June. The resort looks even more stunning in the rain. The staff and management are very hospitable. The Front office, service team, house keeping- Bibbin & Sanchitha all are very courteous. This is a great time of year to enjoy the tropical climate of India and the Ayurveda therapies. Food is very good. Visit Zuri Kumarakom to experience it.

Zuri Kumarakom is an excellent property – calm, serene, and surrounded by lush greenery. It's the perfect getaway if you're looking to unwind and reconnect with nature. The resort is beautifully maintained and offers a wide range of activities to keep both adults and kids engaged, from pedal boating to cultural performances. The ambience is peaceful and relaxing, with every corner offering scenic beauty – whether it’s the backwaters, the gardens, or the poolside. The resort truly lives up to the idea of luxury amidst nature. A special mention must go to the staff – extremely courteous and always ready to help with a smile. The housekeeping team in particular deserves appreciation – Akshay, Gopika, and Rashmi went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Their attention to detail and warm attitude made us feel truly cared for. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kerala!

Beautiful resort with splendid views. We have received a delightful upgrade. Resort staff was very welcoming and surprised my kid and wife with a special decor for their birthday. The resort offers a variety of activities, of which I highly recommend sunset pedal boating. This offers great views. The dinner and breakfast buffets feature a great selection, including delicious local cuisines. I definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking to immerse in the beauty of Kumarakom in a luxury resort.

My recent trip to Zuri was fantastic. The hotel was excellent, the facilities to explore were enjoyable, and the views were absolutely beautiful. I also found the food to be wonderful. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Zuri and for sureni will be back! I also highly recommend the Maya Spa and the Boat ride at sunset

Stunning hotel, beautiful views and excellent service. Look out for Noah in the restaurant he is a super star. The food was delicious and the pool is really fun. Really enjoyed the authentic Indian Classical music in the evenings. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We stayed at The Zuri over the quiet period in March 2025. We were impressed by the size and spaciousness of the resort, private location, facilities, and hospitality of the staff. The resort is one of the more established in Kumarakom and is well maintained, which isn’t always a given (even for bigger brands) in India. The staff were pleasant, attentive and very friendly. We had one of the Ayurvedic massages, which was excellent. The restaurant offers a wide selection of choices, both local and international. There are numerous activities available for both little and big kids. Certainly I would recommend The Zuri to anyone visiting Kumarakom to fully experience Kerala resort hospitality and to enjoy a relaxing experience. Thank you to the Zuri for an exceptional experience.

Zuri Resort I would say is the best in Kerala. Special shout out to Aju for helping me keep my fast early morning at 5am as it was the month of fasting and special shout out to Nikhil for helping me break my fast between hi-tea and dinner time. Great experience overall.
