The road was a bit challenging but guys, it worth every second! The Villa is so nice, facilities all good. Got mini cafe with delicious food, cake and coffee. And the view is amazing! The only thing can improve is, maybe you can give prayer mats and qibla direction? And provide dishwash? Overall, is highly recommended especially for the view!

Stayed for two nights and the views were absolutely unbeatable – so peaceful and beautiful. Downstairs, there's parking and a kitchen, while upstairs offers two large beds, perfect for families on a self-drive trip. The balcony opens right onto stunning scenery. The service was great, and there's a small restaurant with delicious breakfast. For a more elaborate meal, you'll need to drive to Kuandasang town or bring your own ingredients. There are basic cooking utensils downstairs for hotpot, but you'll have to buy meat from the city beforehand. This place is ideal for those tired of city life and looking for a quiet escape. Mount Kinabalu is truly breathtaking…

Did some research & was really happy to find this place. The location is a bit far away but the place is well run, clean, comfortable & the service is really good, communication was easy & friendly. Plus their cafe serves good coffee & really good hot chocolate. Already started recommending this place to my friends & will continue to do so

The villa itself was immaculate and beautifully maintained, reflecting a high standard of comfort and attention to detail. Every space was pristine, thoughtfully arranged, and inviting — a perfect sanctuary to rest and unwind. This stay left a lasting impression on us. Pampines Villa combines luxury accommodation with sincere hospitality, a rare and memorable combination. The environment is good and relax..But My villa at midnight will cutoff the fan electricity every 2 minutes,get a terrible sleep … Is hot.. and I from midnight wait until tomorrow 8am only they send technical support ,but their technician also can’t solve the problem . hope they can improve 😐

The stay is chilling and have a good view from the room. Able to cook by self or order from the cafe. There have a good spot to see the stars in the night. Staff is friendly and helpful!
